Itu2019s mediocre service.nI went to this clinic for an immigration check. Because itu2019s an official and authorized clinic.nI paid for my service in full. But they asked me to get a flu shot. The cost at the clinic is $15. But donu2019t worry, the insurance covers it. So, the insurance did cover it, but not the increase in the original price. They also charged (a month later) to the bank account I used to pay for my service without prior notice or consent. Furthermore, the receptionist, who smelled strongly of tobacco, tried to take a blood sample (is she a nurse too?) for my tests and poked me eight times. Then she called me a week later and asked me to come back because my samples were lost. And then I was hurt again before my blood was taken.nThe doctor provided excellent care, but his team and system are not cooperating.

Iu2019d like to recognize Katherine Plaska at the front desk for her outstanding assistance during my urine screening. She was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions with clarity, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and the way she explained each step reassured me that the procedure was secure and handled with the utmost care. I truly appreciated her thoroughness and the respect she showed during my visit.

Ghetto, came in because family tested positive for flu A and I started feeling sick so wanted to get prescriptions for tamiflu, they asked base questions while taking the notes on sticky pads. They also had me do my own swab tests. Chairs in waiting room peeling and section of dry wall missing. I should have known when I came in. Donu2019t come here!!!

Nice and very clean. Didn't have to wait long. The lady at the front desk noticed the sound was off on the TV and altho I wasn't watching she apologized and offered to turn it up. The Dr was very polite and kind. And helped with an issue I forgot I was dealing with. Highly recommended as I was referred by a friend. Ty all.

The lady who was at the desk was very personable and friendly. Great impression. The lady who took my vitals, ditto! The doctor who did my physical, ditto! Great staff and I'll definitely use again when in need!
