We showed up early for Moms appointment because we had snow on the ground and it was still snowing when we left, got here at 10:30 to check in and was informed by Jane that we canu2019t check in that early and the doctor Mom was seeing wouldnu2019t even be in until noon. So then she told me she could check in Mom an hour prior to her appointment and then I got told she canu2019t check in Mom until a few minutes before her appointment. She was hateful and rude. She could have checked in Mom and put down her appointment time. I sure hope the doctor is nicer than the receptionist. I have never been talked to like this in my life. Iu2019m surprised you have any patients who want to come here. My Mom is in a wheel chair. This behavior from your receptionist was unprofessional and uncalled for.

Billing department keeps billing other insurance when my visits are approved and authorized by the Dept. of Veteran Affairs office of community care. Attention to detail goes a long way. No reason for me to be receiving bills from West County Radiological Group when my visit is approved and authorized in advance.

I've been there numerous times due to various issues and they've always been fairly quick and everyone was friendly and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to tell anyone to go there. Sorry, that you ran into some issue but I don't think that is the normal reception. I guess anyone can have a bad day and treat you worse than you would expect but I have no complaints at all.

Called at 8:20 am on 11/28/22 I was on hold for 25 minutes until someone finally picked up only to say there were no appointments because too many people were out sick. If I needed care to go to one of the urgent care facilities. I went to an urgent care facility only to be turned away. We donu2019t do that procedure here you will have to go to the emergency room. I donu2019t understand why urgent care facilities are for other than covid testing are a cold. As big as the mercy network is is pretty sad service.

Even with an email confirmation about date and time. Drove an hour and a half to get there only to be told it was canceled! We've been waiting for this appointment for months. We certainly would NOT have canceled. Having one form of transportation and trying to make arrangements for my Mother in Law, with Alzheimers to be taken care of while we were gone, was rough enough.
