Took my child on Friday he had deep cough and Sara the Dr said she would call me on Sunday with his test results she took and she didnu2019t call me. Called the office on Monday and they said someone would call me back soon. Never heard from anyone.

We needed care for our son that got injured and needed stitches this afternoon (2-21-25), we wanted the closest establishment so we Googled your hours and online and on your website it states urgent care is open til 7:00 pm. We wasted our time and prolonged treatment because of this which is ridiculous and negligent. I strongly suggest your establishment update the website

Patrick County Family Practice is an excellent clinic. Their providers are really knowledgeable. Some of the best I call on! Patrick County is lucky to have them. Without an Emergency Dept at this time, Patrick County is lucky to have them! No one cares more about Patrick County than Dr. Cole!

Can't speak on all the professionals in the building but the one I see clearly does not care. Ive literally watched a doctor get on google to look up child vaccinations timelines. Also seems you're nothing more than a number there like an assembly line. Unfortunately the county doesn't offer anything else.

Impressed with this doctor, and I don't like many. His bedside manner clicked with my personality and he is hilarious. More importantly, he was thorough while getting the proper medication my daughter needed. The staff were wonderful as well.
