Got there 20 mins before closing absolutely no one there or in line to be seen and they turned my son away and wouldnu2019t help him. If they actually cared for people they would have taken a few mins to look at my son. Ridiculous, especially since there arenu2019t many places out here to go.

Scheduling of the appointment was easy. The care and staff were great. My only complaint is the check in process. While I understand that there are regulations in place to prevent the spread of disease, I do find it very tedious to have to call back and forth in order to check in (took a total of 3 phone calls). Had my vitals checked and then sent back outside. Not having a waiting room and having to wait outside/in my car is annoying.

Update to previous review: Service and the way things are handled have improved a lot. Operating hours have been posted and you can now schedule an appointment to help speed up the process.nnCame here for the only reason we have in Patterson, it's the only Urgent Care center in town. The hours posted online do not match what they have posted on the door and that doesn't even work because they have a printed out sign stating that they close early. Great to know we have a functional Care center in town.

*WARNING* Please choose a different facility! There is one review here that alongside this one, needs to be read. For me, it was shocking to see the parallels with our experience. I came here for an ear infection. This other reviewer did as well. We both were not treated with care and proper consideration. They were, with medical negligence, given a medication that they disclosed being allergic to. It caused them internal bleeding and new medical issues. I went in with an ear infection. Lots of shortcuts were taken. They flushed my ear which caused dizziness and extreme pain. When the head NP came in she treated me like I was complaining too much and pressured me to endure more. I endured more. The associated flushing my ear relayed my pain to the NP several times. The NP never returned to send me on my way. She prescribed eardrops, antibiotics and ibuprofen. I go home and take the ear drops. It was the most painful thing I have ever felt. I researched on my own and what I found was that the pain aligned with my eustachian tube. This led me to believe that my eardrum, this whole time, was perforated, as my cross-referenced research would suggest. In other words, the medication was slipping past my eardrum and going into the eustachian tube. I wasn't angry at this point. I went back the next day and explained all of this. A younger NP was there. She was helpful and attentive. I felt like she considered all of what I was saying. Though, the aforementioned NP from the first visit still had the final say. Again with the relaying of information. I sat and waited until the Older NP could see me. I sat there desperately wondering how I could appeal to this woman's ego, so that maybe she would listen to me, for once. She came in with the same song and dance, 'gaslight and delight.' Serving fake smiles while ignoring my pain, concerns and worries. Firstly, she tried to tell me that the eustachian tube didn't exist. Secondly, she instructed me to continue with the medication, though it was too painful. For background the medication is supposed to be in your ear for 5 minutes. I couldn't endure 5 seconds. I made this known and she didn't consider that maybe this is an indication of a perforated eardrum. She then called the associate in to flush my ear again. It caused insane dizziness and pain. I had to sit in my car for an hour to gather my bearings before driving home. The next day, I went to another doctor for a second opinion. I needed answers; am I just a big wuss? Or, is there something else going on? The doctor, within 5 seconds, diagnoses me with a perforated ear drum and says that flushing it will delay healing and that ear drops, under no circumstances should be used. My question was answered but alas, I have a new one. Which is it? Is Patterson Urgent Care headed by an uneducated NP? Or, is Patterson Urgent Care headed by a mean spirited NP who enjoys placing her ego above her duty?
