I started calling at about ten in the morning couldn't get through. I walked in to make an appointment and i could see my Dr for months apparently. Then as i got admitted into the urgent Care they took x-rays for a blood clot with no dye so ude never be able to tell anyways then they went to send me for an ultrasound. Two n a half hours later i asked how much longer it would take and the Dr was rude and snapped at me. Mind u i had been standing at the desk for 20 mins waiting for someone to answer me and multiple times they looked at me and ignored me and continued talking. The entire office was sitting there socializing doing absolutely nothing while i sat there and never got any results. I ended up walking out. Never again will i go there.

My fiance went here because he couldn't stop coughing and his chest hurt. Place was the only place besides an ER open late. We didn't want to pay an arm and leg so we thought this was our next best option. Well the Doctor or NP that took care of him seemed like she really didn't care. She had told us that he had the common cold. I'm sorry but if someone is complaining that bad about hurting there's a deeper issue. So we decided to have him take the over the counter medicine for a few days and see if that helps at all. Well almost a week went by and he still was not getting any better. We decided to try somewhere different. We went to Garden City Urgent care. They took x-rays and found out he had fill blown pneumonia. We told the doctor there about our previous visit to urgent care and he couldn't believe they missed this. He proceeded to say that that Doctor or NP just wants to lose her license, he guesses. I will never go back there. If that is the only place open late, I will pay the money to go to the ER.

Misdiagnosed. End of story. How do you see a patient with a 10 day cough /chest cold and NOT do a chest xray? I saw a competent Dr 2 days later and had double pneumonia. I will NEVER EVER visit your facility again

Completely ridiculous, I waited 45 minutes or longer to even be seen, I watched 4 people walk in after me and be seen before me, I will never go here again, that is ridiculous
