I had an incredible visit here today! We live in Beaver Lake area and this is the urgent care we choose; the first time we came was for my husband and they were open over the weekend. Today we had a sweet lady named Liz at the front desk; she gave us paper work and offered a wheelchair for use during visit for my injury. The nurse Amanda was helpful in getting vitals and friendly. We remembered the tech Mason from our previous visit he is such a joy to interact with. The nurse practitioner Sierra was kind, knowledgeable and had a great haircut! The staff here is great; definitely recommend!

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The front desk staff were kind and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The doctor was incredibly patient, thorough, and attentive, ensuring all my concerns were addressed. The nurses were equally kind and professional, providing compassionate care throughout my visit. I truly appreciated the efficiency and the level of care I received. Highly recommend!

This was by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had while visiting any urgent care. The staff was so kind, explained everything I asked, and did not rush me out of there. I walked out feeling completely comfortable going there again, if needed. Wish they were all like this one!

My wife and I looked at reviews before going here and thought it has pretty good reviews, so we'll try it out. The first time I visited, I had a very sick 1 year old. I had to fill out paper work and fork over $150 just for walking into the clinic. We got back quickly, but continued to wait forever. When the doctor finally came, they took some samples for testing. We were told the tests would be 30 minutes tops. I ended up waiting there with my crying sick baby for about 2 hours, all for them to say they couldn't do anything to help. My wife decided to go there again for a medical concern. The same process of paying up front, doing testing, and having nothing to help with the issue occurred. Then, the bills came. My family is insured, so it was surprising to see a $430 and $450 bill for an urgent care to do nothing to fix the issues.

I have a PCP I love but it can be difficult to get appointments quickly. I've been to urgent care twice now and have had excellent care.nBoth times I was in and out in less than an hour. The staff are professional but also genuine and compassionate.nI didn't have labs with either visit and only paid my regular insurance copay.
