My urgent care visit was great! I was seen and on my way in less than an hour and they promptly called in my prescription to my pharmacy as well. Dr. Erickson and the MA were knowledgeable and kind. Thank you for making an urgent care visit easy and pleasant!

Dr. John Erickson was the provider I was just treated by, and he was exceptionally kind and thorough during my urgent care visit. I was apprehensive to go to this place because of the reviews but must say I am pleasantly surprised by my treatment from front office staff to back in the treatment room. Dr offered to do extra testing that I didnu2019t even know was available . He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions appropriately and was absolutely the kindest! He managed to find a sample for me to utilize and spare me an extra expense at the pharmacy as well!! It was worth the extra 5 mile drive for me during this busy holiday season.

I showed up 15 minutes early to my appointment as instructed. Was the first person to check in right after the lunch hour. Still waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment! Absolutely ridiculous. It was not the first time either. Dr. Quintana Van Horne is not considerate of people's time. She could careless and doesn't apologize for her delay. If she is going to spend over an hour with a patient and keep others waiting she needs to schedule her patients appropriately to reduce wait times. If you value your time, stay away from this place! Dr. Quintana Van Horne is the problem, not her staff. Also, the urgent care at Peachwood is a joke. They won't prescribe anything and suggest over the counter medication even when you tell them you've tried everything. The doctors don't take your complaints seriously.

I always feel so defeated after speaking with Dr. Miramontesu2019 she has no bedside manners. I never feel acknowledged or respected as a patient/customer or even as a person. She always takes a hour or more to come see me in the room then is rushing to get out and half listens to what I have to say. Iu2019m interrupted majority of the time and she always seems annoyed or mad that Iu2019m there for her help.

Itu2019s so sad, this doctors office all just cares about is money money money. I donu2019t understand how your own doctoru2019s office does refuses care if you have a balance due? They sent a letter saying they are u201cdenying care because we havenu2019t paid a past due balance with themu201d.
