Great experience here this week at my appointment on April 16,2025. Very professional and very quickly compared to how it was when they first opened. I saw Dr. Obudulu this time because my normal doctor, Dr. Valerie was on vacation or something, and Dr. Obudulu is a great physician. She is very nice and thorough. I hadn't gone in over a year and needed extra attention with many different referrals, medications and accommodations for my job, and she was very patient with me and got everything done really fast. She is very knowledgeable . The two young Hispanic ladies at the front desk were very nice and helpful. I didn't get their names, but they are great. I highly recommend this office and it's physicians to anyone who enjoys extra attention from their doctor... 5u2b50ufe0f

Very bad experiences. Not once but twice, so will change doctors as soon as possible.Think about it twice before making this your primary doctor. (Centrum health office 8498 s. Sam houston Pkwy)First, when we walked in the front desk personnel just looked at us & didn't say a word so we had to welcome ourselves ( my wife & I ). Secondly, we went into the doctors office & in the past my wife and I like to go together because we take notes on things specially due to my wife feeling nervous & forgets to take notes so we've been doing it for years and they went on to comment & say, yall need to give each other some space .I'm not sure if it's a personal reflection of their relationships but a simple, we do not accept that in this office would of worked for us, no need to be rude.Dr. Dara Edward's seemed to be a little agitated when I went in for my check up & I wasn't comfortable asking questions about my health because I felt like she was getting annoyed.Overall very bad support for patients, didn't feel welcomed. I feel everyone needs to be able to feel comfortable asking their primary doctors about their health but for some reason this office feels annoyed if you do.Have never had an experience like this in any other clinic. Will definitely cancel them after this. Have a blessed day.

This was my first appointment with Dr Valerie and her staff . I was extremely pleased with the staff and how I was treated during my visit. From the receptionists to my care provider, everyone made me feel so welcome and that made me feel calm . Iu2019m not sure about all location but this location has by far the most professional, friendly, & caring staff . 10/10 got me in and out in under a hour Thank You Centrum Staff ud83eudef6ud83cudffc

Dr. Rosemary and her team are very professional, helpful, efficient and excellent. Nurse Isabel, Nurse Nelly and all of the Nurse were very experienced and helpful. I loved this clinic and will continue to choose this clinic for my first experience was all well.

Dr Rosemary Obudulu is good, very caring and intelligent and helpful. She deserves 5 stars.The referral process here however is beyond frustrating, and for that reason I will be changing primary care providers. They referred me to a dermatologist that doesnu2019t have an opening for over 4 months and Ive asked for a different provider with sooner availability 3 different times to no avail. I came in person to ask, and called several times. They referred me two other doctors who are over 20 miles from my house one of which who doesnt have an opening for over 3 months and Ive asked 3 times for closer providers to no avail. This has been almost a month long process. Why is getting a Blue Cross referral so difficult?
