Wonderful experience here with professional staffnI book appointment online and they gave me confirmation call right away in same morning that I made appointment . My son was able to pick up his medicine right after the visit. This is a fastest time that Iu2019ve been to Pediatric and they definitely make my son feel much better. Good experience and highly recommend it

I was told by Dr.Gladys she was going to see both of my children at 6:10pm. I arrived late due to traffic and they cancelled my appointment without not calling me. I had schedule two appointments yesterday. The system allowed me to set up an appointment in two separate time slots. I got a called around 5:33pm to confirm and they said I had to be their at 5:50pm even though my daughters appointment was at 6:10pm. I had ask if I could bring them both at 6:10pm. They said no several times the secretary since they were checking me in for the first time slot. I requested to speak to the doctor on the floor today Dr.Gladys and said she could accept them. She said to get their when I get their. I arrived at 6:22pm due to heavy traffic just to find out the secretary had cancelled my appointment without even bothering to call me. First they never bothered calling me to say their cancelling appointment while I was making my way to them. Gas is extremely expensive now a days and they just made me waste my gas just to tell me their no longer seeing me today. I will never go to them ever again. Extremely unprofessional she literally just said sorry I taught my secretary had called you and I explained no one called me. I literally told this doctor I was on the road just for them to cancel on me. Please donu2019t waste your gas on this place because I surely will not ever make a trip to their location.

We had our first visit at the after hours clinic this morning and wow! We were in and out in less than an hour and everyone was so nice and professional. The doctor was understanding of my son having Autism and didn't want to push on his limits while doing the exam. Everyone was so great and made the visit really easy for us!!

I was surprised at how quick I was in and out of there. They have the paperwork on the website you can fill out an advance which is super convenient. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. I always expect places like this to have a super long wait. Dr. Hodges was super friendly and professional. My son responded really well to her. I will definitely be going back anytime we have medical issues arise!

I canu2019t say enough about how great everyone in the office was. Claire was wonderful, thorough, efficient and most of all patient. Will definitely use them again for after hours care!nnReturned on 8/11/19 and still received great care. There was no wait as we were the only ones there. Kathy was friendly and very comforting with my daughter!
