Always nice, always so great with the kids, fast, efficient, professional, willing to answer questions. We are in and out most times. They really get you seen as fast as they possibly can. Which is way faster than anywhere else for an emergency or when your doctor is closed and it can wait. Faster even than some doctor offices. Love it. So grateful they have it for children because ER would be a nightmare for lower grade things that can't wait for a doctor visit and need to be checked out. However aren't dire enough to put you at the top of the list. They take patients right until the end which really came in handy last night.

Took my son there on Memorial Day because he had Developed a sinus infection and we Could not hold out any longer for antibiotics. It was the most quiet Iu2019ve ever seen it there - probably because of the holiday, and we were able to get in and out in less than an hour. Staff was very polite and service was very prompt and efficient.We have always Had good experience there when taking the kids in for illnesses even during times when it has been very crowded, the People at the front desk have always been polite and the medical team has always been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in caring for illnesses

Amazing medical staff at this location. From the moment we walked in we were treated with excellence. From the font desk to checkout all were wonderful. I can't say enough about this pediatric urgent care!! Our son cut his eye and it needed stitches. They were great with him. They all made him feel som comfortable and at ease and helped take all the nervousness away, or almost all of it. I can't say enough good things about them.

We had a fantastic experience at Orchard Park Pediatric Urgent Care. Making an appointment online was simple, and filling out the paperwork in advance made check-in a breeze. We were checked in and in a room within minutes. The staff was incredibly kind and efficient, ensuring my child received prompt care. A few tests were done, the doctor was thorough in checking her over, and we had a diagnosis quickly. Everyone was so nice and helpful throughout the entire visit. Highly recommend this urgent care for their professionalism and excellent patient care!

I have never had an urgent care experience quite like this one! I cannot even begin to say how happy I am to have found this site. It could not have been faster, more efficient or friendlier. My daughter felt better just being there, and they kept making her better with each minute we were there. I wish I could go for me!
