I was in need of a doctor to look at my 13 year old daughter for severe lower abdominal pain. We arrived at Metro Urgent Care Broadway at 7:25 pm. Their hours are listed as open until 8:00 pm. I paid the parking, we walked up to the door, as we were getting ready to enter, the doctor was exiting the building after he shut the lights off and the open sign off. As he opened the door, he asked if we needed to be seen. I said I was hoping so, in which he told us we could come in. As I was filling out the paperwork of what was wrong with my daughter, he took a phone call in which he said I'll call you back in ten minutes. I should have left then. I gave him our insurance card, paid my $45 co-pay and he led us to a room in the back. He weighed my daughter, looked in her mouth, listened to her chest and back, pressed on her belly then proceeded with THE MOST BIZZARE explanation... He started talking about how when you go to the zoo, there are lots of monkeys... Monkeys in cages. There are 30 cages with 30 monkeys and this is normal. BUT when you get to cage 31, there is a monkey in it but a tiger is hiding in the back. I think that is what is happening to your daughter. There is a tiger hiding inside of her waiting to attack. WHAT?! He then recommended that I take her to Norton's Children's Hospital to be seen because he felt something was not right but he was unsure of what exactly it was. So basically, I paid $6 for parking and a $45 co-pay for a doctor to compare my child to monkeys and tigers. I don't recommend going here at all. Find a reliable doctor that knows what he is talking about!

I've been seeing Dr Haq for 21yrs my 1st visit was when my son was 4months old he's now 21 this man is amazing he really cares about his patients short wait times an he gets u back to ir feet right medicines an test I love my Dr Haq thank u for everything you have done 4 myself n family god bless
