We been with Dr. Yesenia since 2012, with my siblings Now we have our nieces and my daughter with Dr. Yesenia, Best pediatrician in Texas best place to come a get your baby treated, staff member are awesome, they always trying to get you if you a walk in theyu2019re always busy but is a good thing. They always trying to go above and beyond. 100/100 Thank you Care 4 Kids. Always looking out for our kids, they listen to you and trying to find whatu2019s wrong very helpful.

The front desk staff.. are OK.. I came in for an appointment scheduled at 9:15am. I have waited ONE HOUR going on TWO .. PLUSS to be seen. The space is small for the amount of appointments they book. Not a single big of reassurance. I have attended now 3 times .. first two the wait was over an hour however the dr that assisted my children was very nice . But this place is not convenient especially if you are a single parent who works and want to get your children seen for a u201c follow up u201c in a somewhat timely manner I understand itu2019s that season for illness and everything else but scheduling should be a little better so that both staff and families both coming to be seen & being assisted can all have a smooth transition with friendly staff wanting to be at work! Will be looking to file a complaint.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr.Gutierrez office since Cooks and other pediatrians who accept medicaid only had open appointments 2 months out. Today was our first time there and my experience was amazing. My daughter was behind on her immunizations and as a young mother I'm used to the side eyes. Dr.Guiterrez was absolutely caring, reasurring, and never portrayed any judgment. Just a heads up the wait can be long so arrive at least 15 minutes early.

The 2 front desk ladyu2019s are so rude wish I got their names they speak with so much attitude and donu2019t even look like they enjoy working there. it was my first time ever being there and I had the worst experience with them. Wish I could give 0 stars but gave 2 for the actual DR she was very sweet and helpful. If it wasnu2019t for the pediatrician herself I wouldu2019ve never came back.

This doctors office is ok. The wait time is RIDICULOUS my baby boy have a wellness appointment set for 8:45 he did not get called to the back until 11 2 HOURS later. The front desk lady tamela to be exact has a nasty attitude and had the nerve to tell me u201cwhen she go to her doctors appointment she have to waitu201d what do that have to do my child having a appointment at 8:45 but not seen until almost 11. From my understanding is they except walk-ins as well which I am pretty sure that make the process longer as well. But if a pt who was set for an appointment check in after a walkin they should go to the back before a walk-in pt. Thatu2019s the whole point of setting an APPOINTMENT so you do not have to wait! Why are pt who have an appointment having to wait for 2 HOURS. Even urgent care facilities do not handle their appointment setters in this nature. It seems like an appointment means nothing to this facility! When I was complaining of the wait time tamela had to audacity to tell I can either wait or set another appointment. She has a nasty attitude and should not be sitting to the front desk with that time of attitude! This facility clearly cannot handle walk-ins and appointments at the same time. It need to be either or not both! That is HORRIBLE!
