This is such a joke. After reading reviews, both on the pediatric care and of the doctor herself (Maria Milla), my wife and I decided to elect her as our newborns primary care physician. Her reviews were great, the center itself not so much. The biggest problem and or u201cjokeu201d as I feel is now after our second appointment, we have still not been able to see Dr. Milla which is why we chose this care center. We were seen once by a different partner physician, and now by a practicing physician. Very frustrating to change our work schedule and other appointments just to accommodate Dr.Millsu2019s schedule and we still are not being attended by her. I will start to search for another doctor for my baby even though my wife feels she will try one more time. Our baby was in NICU here at Nicklaus Childrenu2019s hospital for 4 months which is why we prefer to see a physician here and also are trying to find a PCP who truly cares about not only the patients immediate needs but also then patients development and growth. Horrible experience thus far and even worse is to try to call the center for any appointment needs or referrals. Good luck to those who choose to try.

Recently on vacation and had to rush our 5 month old here. The nurses and PA were wonderful. My daughter was running a high fever with no other symptoms. They were quick to do all the appropriate tests to rule out the obvious. Wonderful experience!!

I have left several message to make an appointment with psychiatry dept and no one has called me back. Iu2019ve been trying for several weeks. Iu2019m really disappointed with Nichaulus Childrens. This is not acceptable

This Hospital takes Too Long for Everything just to been seen. The Pediatric Center is even WORST. I have to schedule 2 times a Physical. The first I was never confirmed. Which by the way was a y months waiting. Then the 2nd was not available and i have to wait another 2 months. I couldn't get my Child regular meds. Until the Dr. Evaluates her. It was a disaster to be going to ERs just to get some Things Done. I was referred to a ENT. Since April this Yr. I have left tons of Msges at the Drs. Office from same unit and Until Now I still haven't gotten a Response to the Tons of Msges/calls I had left. Just to make an Appointment the Rude Personnel keeps telling me to call after 10 some other times like 1pm or 3. Etc. It's TERRIBLE. THEY ARE THE WORST. SHAME THE BUILDING IS SO BEAUTIFULL RENOVATED BUT LACKS OF GREAT SERVICE. ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

in this center play with patients no seriousness on their part. medications that your child NEEDS they tell you sent directly to the pharmacy and NOT just joke not trust because when you get to the pharmacy they say they have not sent anything and when you return to call the hospital they answered reluctantly saying that already sending newly ???? IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME HAPPENED TO ME where is the seriousness of this hospital or clinic ?? ... And the girl in the front desk prefer lipstick and combing instead of serve people!
