Just to be clear I have had ZERO issues with Dr. Albitar himself. He has always been very good. But for my daughters 18 month check-up I was not informed that Dr. Albitar would be out of the office and had a Dr. Jose Lugo filling in for him who I had never met and doesnu2019t work at this office as far as I know. He told me my daughter would probably end up being listed as u2018failure to thriveu2019 in the future (even though she was within the normal range for their growth charts) and that I needed to give her pediasure to help her put on weight. I toldnhim we had discussed with Dr. Albitar and she is so active that we werenu2019t concerned and told him that Pediasure is not an option because she has a significant dairy allergy. He insisted she needs Pediasure despite her dairy allergy. I received a requested callback from Dr. Albitar himself who didnu2019t share my concerns about his colleagues recommendations so I decided that I would start considering different pediatricians. When it came time for her 2 year checkup his office (a call center, not the front desk) texted and called me almost every single business day for MONTHS. It was excessive.

We are so thankful to have such an incredible doctor for our girls! Dr. Albitar is compassionate, attentive, and always takes the time to listen to our concerns with patience and care. He has been with us since my youngest daughter was born, and his dedication continues to amaze us. Heu2019s always there when we need him and consistently goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr. Albitar is a great pediatrician. As a first time dad I have alot of questions but Dr Albitar is always reassuring. The office is one of the cleanest offices Iu2019ve been to. They have a changing table in the restroom and diaper genies in all the rooms for easy disposal of smelly diapers which I think is cool. The wait time isnu2019t bad. Itu2019s an hour max. Iu2019ve been to drs who take 2hours or longer so I donu2019t mind waiting AN HOUR especially when it comes to my sonu2019s health and wellness. The staff is always friendly. I like how before u check out they make ur next check up appt so u donu2019t forget. Each room has a theme so far Iu2019ve seen the princess room and cars room itu2019s pretty lit. 10/10 recommend Dr Albitaru2019s practice

I like PIC a lot! Everyone in the office is professional and kind. Dr. Albitar is thorough, listens attentively, and provides easy to understand patient education. I also like the apps that they use to safely communicate with the patients. My kids love their themed rooms, makes them feel comfortable and happy. Overall, I am very happy I made the switch here and look forward to having Dr. Albitar as my kidu2019s pediatrician.
