great service but billing is horrible. I never received a bill (it unknowingly got sent to my father in laws house in my husbands name.) that bill was for 67$. so i called bjc billing asking for a bill and as i was on the phone i got sent a bill thru mychart for 354$ and that my insurance covered 0$ so i payed it immediately. i was looking at my insurance on my app and they said that my out of pocket should have been 67$ so i called bjc and asked why i paid 354$ and they said they will send it to the refund center and it could take 14days. (during this time i got my bill from my father in laws and seen it was for only 67$) i called back 3 days later to check on my refund status and the girl said she doesnu2019t even see where i put a request in for a refund. you guys should immediately be able to give me my money back that i overpaid. iu2019m sure if i didnu2019t notice this i would have never even knew from you guys.nnUPDATE:ni still have a bill for 67.77 in my husbands name. when i did the registration i gave them all the updated correct information.

Staff was very polite and welcoming! I was in and out in no time! The nurse took time to inform me what might be best for my specific situation. Also concerning other reviews! I'm baffled why someone would complain about not getting an antibiotic for a cold when you can't get an antibiotic for a cold in the first place! Antibiotics treat STDs so what is the real problem?
