Wills have given 5 stars but LONG wait time. Scheduled at 6:30. Got there at 6:10. Didnu2019t walk out till after 7:40. Front desk girls were very nice. Nurse was great and although we got a male doctor, but specifically wanted a female, he was very good with my already anxious 7 year old. She seemed very comfortable there though. And the pink kids recliners is a perfect touch.

My 4 y/o daughter had an abscess drained today and I could not be happier with the service we received. The medical assistant, provider and the shadowing PA were amazing. They helped my daughter feel comfortable during the procedure and were super friendly from the very beginning of the visit. The provider was knowledgeable and I would absolutely recommend.

I have visited POD many times for urgent care services over the last 3-4 years. All the doctors have been very nice, you can tell they love children. Today we saw Dr Melu00e9ndez, which we had seen in the past, and he is great. Making my daughter smile and laugh even when sheu2019s not feeling well is the best. He finds ways to be funny and helps not only the patient but the parent be at ease at a scary time when they donu2019t feel their best. He is absolutely wonderful. The front desk staff and MAs are always nice and professional as well. I highly recommend POD! Thank you!
