We had a wonderful experience at Pediatric PM Urgent Care! The online registration process was quick and convenient. Dr.Sims and his staff could not have been any nicer! They were fantastic with my child and treated him like family. Dr. Sims even walked outside to make sure we got to our car safely. In the future I wouldnu2019t mind driving the extra miles just to go there. Dr. Sims even called us on the weekend to follow up.

Pediatrics PM is OUTSTANDING! I took my daughter there because she had a tummy ache and was not acting like her normal self. The staff was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind. Everyone took time to make my baby feel at ease and she quickly warmed up and was able to talk to the doctor about how she was feeling. Dr. Sims and his nurses and staff are so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Couldnu2019t possibly say enough great things. Exam and work up were thorough, I didnu2019t feel rushed, and was in and out very quickly. He even watched me walk to my car safely. I would hands down drive the extra way to come here again for after hours care.

They were absolutely amazing, I came in 20 minutes before closing and even though it was time to almost close I didnu2019t feel rushed , they took their time with my son to have his vitals done as well as the dr to check him out . I felt they truly cared about my son well being no matter what time it was. I was very impressed and will be going back for any type of emergency visits after hours. Thank you for your service again

Our experience was awesome!!!!!! We were seen really close to closing time. He didnu2019t rush the visit at all. His staff was off for the day and came in just to assist him during my daughters visit!!!nnWe need more caring and loving doctors like Dr. Sims.
