Pediatrics west has been so wonderful for my daughter since she was born. They are professional, and make her feel so welcome for well and sick visits. On two occasions they went above and beyond to accommodate us for sick visits. In one case they double booked us with another appointment so we could squeeze in right away. In the second, they took us just minutes before they closed at 7pm for a very quick visit.

We have always had a positive experience at Pedi West with our child's doctor and all the NPs and other staff we have met with. But, we felt the office went the extra mile when we needed a last minute appointment right before the office closed. Even though they had no appointments available, we only needed a very short visit and were told if we could get there before close they would see us. We got there right at 7pm and the medical assistant, NP, and pediatrician, all stayed late to care for our child and didn't make us feel rushed. This was not the first time they have gone out of their way to accommodate us in their schedule to avoid a visit to urgent care.

We've taken our 3 kids here since they were born (13, 11, and 9 years ago at the time of writing). We've always had good experiences. No, you won't always get to see your doctor if you're coming in for a randomly timed sick/injury visit, and you might get booked out a few weeks if it's a well visit... but all the providers are polite and listen and we've really never had a bad experience in dozens of visits.

I never experienced a Pediatric Office that truly does care for their patients well being ! Pediatrics West goes ABOVE and beyond to give top care to their patients. The Doctors and nurses pay close attention and listen intensively to all concerns us parents have regarding our kiddos. After every Physical Exam,i leave with a updated Physical form to bring too my kiddos school, i never have to ask for the forms. I will not bring my son anywhere else for Healthcare.u2764ufe0f
