I dont usually write reviews but i am beyond upset with the service my family received in this place. I called 2 times before my appointment asking if they would be able to fill out specific forms that my toddlers needed asap to start daycare. I even called the morning of and asked if it would take long just for these forms to be filled out and I was told that it wouldnt take long at all. The day of my appt my husband was put in a room for over an hour before a providor came in and my husband handed over the forms. She left again and my husband waited another hour in a small room with 2 cranky toddlers with no word from anyone. My husband decided to leave. So I called to find out what was going on and instead of the manager being apologetic or even just nice, she had an attitude and almost annoyed as if we did something wrong. I know that there is always a wait but this felt very unprofessional and prejudice as my husband is hispanic and has an accent. No one should be treated this way just because English is not their first language. Very dissapointing and do not recommend this place at all

I do not recommend this pediatrician Christan to anyone especially single parents. The pediatrician and her staff have been consistently rude and unaccommodating. As a single parent with three children, Iu2019ve had to reschedule three times due to unavoidable conflicts, and each time I was met with impatience and zero understanding. Instead of offering support, the staff made an already stressful situation worse. Families deserve care, not judgment. They let you wait for an hours but not accommodate 7 min with youud83dude43BS

Literally there was dried up blood on the floors. Some employees just seemed like they had no clue about anything. Took nearly 15 mins just to give me the new patient form. Do not recommend.

Dr LAURORE is fantastic! Weu2019ve been seeing him for our children for years. He always listens to us as parents and works with the family for the best treatment plan. Heu2019s thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommend.

If i could give 0 stars i would. This place is horrible. Took them forever to call us back. I told them my son couldnt breathe to well because of his asthma 2 hrs later passes by & they tell me i have to take him to the er because they failed to do their job efficiently & effectively. Told the the ladies at the front my son was having asthma troubles and instead of doing something like telling the nurse or anything else. She said they will give me a paper to sign him in. By the time we got to the back he was worse then what he was when we went in to begin with. Had they provided care they needed he wouldve been okay. So i dont recommend no one to take their kids here. Even the doctors are rude.
