I had a frustrating experience at the urgent care facility. Despite arriving early, I ended up waiting over 3 hours before seeing a doctor, which is unacceptable for a place labeled as 'urgent.' The staff seemed overwhelmed and inattentive, contributing to the long wait times. It felt like there was a lack of organization and efficiency in managing patient flow. While I understand that urgent care centers can get busy, the delay and lack of communication were disappointing. I expected more prompt and attentive service for what was supposed to be a quick visit.
