The front desk staff was kind and courteous, and attentive- which is very rare during past visits. They moved patients quickly and my wait time was not long, like in past visits. I was also seen by the doctor on staff quickly in the room (unlike past visits, I have waited over an hour back in a room before being seen). Dr. Brandon was very efficient, thorough, and attentive. I was treated for severe allergies, and am already feeling so much better this morning after a couple rounds of the prescriptions he prescribed. Was very thankful for my visit yesterday and was totally satisfied with each interaction from staff.

Came in with broken hand and knuckle swelled and thereu2019s an infection checked in online last night came 20 min early and Iu2019ve been sitting here for an hour four people with runny noses go back and their check in times (I heard the times they had they spot saved) was after mine. Went up to ask and was just told Iu2019ll be called back and then I find out they completely skipped over my file.

Luckily, when I got there, there was nobody in the waiting room. It was an hour in and out. Saw a nurse practitioner. She prescribed some antibiotics and prednisone and I was on my way home. Previous to this I had called my personal doctors office four times they could not respond and could not get me in so I came to med point and it was the right thing to do.

They were very kind and caring. Only thing negative was time I had to wait to see the doctor in waiting area. Urgent care..was not aware you could schedule, appointments which there were several people came in ahead of me was seen. This was a little frustrating but doctor and nurse were very thorough and kind.

The location is convenient for us. With little ones having an urgent care so close by is a life saver. We always pre book our appts online ahead of time and pre register and we only ever wait 5-10 mins usually and then we are back with the nurse. We have two urgent cares close by we go to and this one we have had good experiences with.
