If you want to be heard, this is not the urgent care for you. Some NP (didnu2019t bother to memorize her name, sheu2019s a blonde) seems to have had her mind made up before even laying eyes on me what she was going to do. After attempting to advocate for myself and my condition that i have been living with since i was a teen, i was told that the education and experience i have with my condition was practically incorrect. Paid $75 for a prescription that i said i did not want because it did not help and a waste of time. Also, had i blindly trusted this professional and took the prescription, i would have ended up sick because my stomach doesnu2019t tolerate that certain medication. Had i told her this im sure that wouldu2019ve been brushed off as well. The people at this clinic (NP and whatever assistant takes the chief compliant and vitals) need further education, mind you there is more current education on this condition than there was when i was a teen. Do better or find a different career path.

It feels like no one here wants to do their designated job, they just want to rush you onto the next person and get you out of there. When I was finally was able to be seen by the Doctor, I ended up just being told to see a dermatologist; no card, no names for any specific individual or any type of referral, just an assumption of what I had, and that iu2019d be better off seeing someone there to properly take care of it. Essentially, I was being told to have someone else check on it to make sure what it was (as if he didnu2019t know). I had barely spent more than a few minutes in there before a conclusion was made and I was sent on my way. There was no mention of having to pay anything for such a short visit when I was leaving (insurance was given to them upon entry), but weeks later, I received a written invoice in the mail that said I owed them money and have yet to pay it. Communication skills and customer service are pretty bad across the board, which isnu2019t too great when the issue is related to your personal health.

Dr. Harper is the best doctor EVER. I wish he was in private practice. Bedside manners impeccable. I have been here a few times and I always get him when I go(thank God). He listens and shares his expertise without making you feel stupid or crazy. And genuinely makes you feel like you could say anything with absolutely no judgement. The front staff was very personable and they get you in and out really fast any time I've went. Thank you Dr. Harper I feel so much better!!!!!

Facility and doctors were nice. Billing was a nightmare. I paid at the time of my service and I kept receiving billing statements. I spoke with Peggy in billing and sent them a picture of my receipt in a secure email from Peggy. One month later received another billing statement. I was able to access the secured email that Peggy sent originally and sent more pictures of my statements. Received another billing statement. Spoke with Zel who was rude and very short about the secured email with the pictures. She said they would take care of it and saw it in their system. I then received another statement from a Credit Collections Bureau about attempting to collect this debt! I called them and gave him my account number and he immediately said it was showing a zero balance, that I owe nothing and the debt must have been paid. I visited their facility on July 2 and it just now posted that it had been paid! This was going on for over 4 months! Will never visit a Perfect Health Urgent Care again! This is why I keep notes/receipts/names/date and times! People fail to do their jobs!

The female at the front desk was wonderful and kind. Extremely helpful.nI came in with 3 sick kids, after a week of all of us being stuck at home with the flu. Was given nasty looks by the nurses, shown ZERO kindness, and the doctor would barely let myself or my children speak. He couldnu2019t have cared less. He didnu2019t even introduce himself. I have no desire to ever go back to this location and only did in the first place because the drive-thru location was closed. I am livid at the lack of care my children were shown and lack of respect or kindness they show anybody.
