Was really hoping I could get the care I needed here. Donu2019t waste your time like I did. After being very transparent about my ear pain, and disclosing the medication I have been using to treat it. ( I was looking for something stronger as my symptoms persisted over 48 hrs) The female physician said u201cI know exactly what youu2019re takingu201d then proceeded to prescribe me literally the exact same thing. So now Iu2019m out -$100 for drops I already had, still in pain, & wasted 3 hrs of my day to be at the same place when I started. Go elsewhere. Somewhere thatu2019ll actually listen to you and not just pretend to.

My husband split his hand open and we arrived and got taken care of pretty quickly. The nurse and the doctor were absolutely fantastic! The doctor explained everything he was doing to my husband and I. My husband has a very weak stomach the nurse held his hand and made sure that he didnu2019t pass out. When the doctor was done he cleaned up his hand and made it look great all things considered. My husband said the room was starting to spin so the nurse said to lay down on the table. So he laid down she gave him a wet towel for his forehead and we raised his feet. He started feeling better and we were able to walk out without passing out. I just want to say thank you so much for taking such good care of my husband and just making sure he was on the entire time. We will be back there in a week to get the stitches out. We will be going back here for any little accident or even cold issue we have!

Just got a bill for $150 for a no call no show, which I thought the appointment was cancelled. I called and tried to have it sorted out by the receptionist was very rude. I think it's ridiculous to charge that much anyways. Most doctors offices you have to wait so long anyways like that probably helped them that day.She told me that is the money they missed out on for me not being there. So it sounds like all they care about is money and not their patients. Never going to go there, just ridiculous and poor customer service for their patients.

Happy! Seriously, overly happy with the whole office. My son really liked the doctor. He was very helpful and down to earth. Amazing bedside manners. Hopefully donu2019t need to go back but Iu2019d we do do need urgent care we will definitely be going there. If taking new patients I will be changing to them.
