I love this place. Doctor stoops really cares and listens to you. I've had nothing but great experiences here. Evelyn and Jackie are extremely amazing and helpful always go above and beyond. **Using my other email to remain anonymous and prevent any sort of unfairness if I decide to return**nnThis office is good for certain things but itu2019s literally like any other doctoru2019s office. I say this because Iu2019ve been looking for a good doctor that listens for a long time and still no luck. Itu2019s hard to explain my symptoms without being cut off. Typical gaslighting just like at any other doctoru2019s office. I was told that I donu2019t have migraines because they donu2019t come multiple times a month yet I was diagnosed as a child with intractable migraines with aura. The NP doesnu2019t really know much. She literally looked at my face and asked if my acne scars were poresu2026 ? Iu2019m telling her I have acne while have multiple pimples on my face so why even ask? Also, no greeting when entering the room and when I asked a question about the medication and what it does the doctor was rude and made a face when answering. I also complained of a severe sore throat that was not going away (8 days) and that was never addressed so I had to tell the MA to bring the doctor back in so he can address it. Why am I also having to tell them to give me a test for strep throat but only for them to tell me that they donu2019t have anymore so they canu2019t help me with that. Iu2019m so sick of U.S. doctors not wanting to do their job and find out the root cause of peopleu2019s symptoms. So again if you have something seriously wrong with you and theyu2019re your primary donu2019t expect to have your problems solved. Also, I have to call them multiple times to send my prescription to the pharmacy not sure why they arenu2019t sending it the same day, plus I never got my last one after calling twice.

I wish that I lived in Oak Hills! I have moved to Las Vegas. Dr. Stoops was one of the most caring doctors I have ever had. He will listen to your concerns. His Staff is very professional. Friendly. I really miss Dr. Peter Stoops!
