I just wanted to let someone know that their water sprinklers are broken and wasting water at night. As you can see, the sprinkler heads are broken and water is spewing 20' into the air at night.nnI tried finding an email contact online where I could send the picture to someone at Bon Secours, but there was none.nnThis was the most convenient way for me to report it. Considering that they have 2.5 stars, and I gave them a 3 star review, I think it's an overall net bonus.

If I could give this place 0 star. I would. They basically stole hundreds of dollars from my husband and me. We only asked for an annual physical exam check up which is completely covered by our insurance and they managed to charge us for other visits we didnu2019t ask for. On top of that, they didnu2019t even do a proper physical exam. I talked to the office manager who promised to fix it months ago and he basically lied and then disappeared. This place is a scam, stay away. There are other places that can do a physical exam and wonu2019t steal from you

Almost impossible to get in touch with my doctor and appointments are hard as well, usually a 3 or 4 month waiting period. No one calls back or helps with medical needs and forms to fill out that are time sensitive. Whenever I am there, I feel the environment is unprofessional, and feel dismissed and unheard. The administrative staff is rude and I have felt mocked by my doctor. The atmosphere is also run down. It has been a constant struggle for decent help since ive been a patient. Thankfully I am moving out of state and can find a new practice. I do not recommend becoming a patient here.

I made an appointment 3 months ago, took time off work, The day arrives, and I'm told I don't have an appointment. Apparently they canceled my appointment because they couldn't get in touch with me. I was on vacation and my phone was off. I was back several days before my appointment and received no calls. They have my email address as well as MyChart which they didn't bother trying to message me through. For all they know my phone could have just died. Their note says my phone was out of service and they couldn't leave a message. Then they tried to reschedule me for 2 months out (the first appointment took 3 months to schedule)I'm now out of medication and can't see a doctor until weeks out because of incompetent staff. When patient care is affected, you need to start re-evaluating your policies. Folks should be allowed to travel and have a life and still come back to their planned appointments that they didn't cancel.

Approximately 7 months ago I suffered a series of unexplained/unprovoked hemorrhagic strokes or brain bleeds. Needless to say, I still suffer from daily headaches ranging in severity. Some days the pain is so intense Iu2019m unable to function, work my job or care for my three small children adequately. My whole life has been turned upside down and Iu2019m trying my best to navigate uncharted territory.nnAs of today, I have been waiting for 5 consecutive days for my prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. Five days I have been in excruciating pain with a migraine that will NOT go a way. Office staff gives me no explanation or adequate help except to wait another 48 hours, I am unable to send messages within the MyChart app suddenly, and Iu2019m left to sit here without any guidance or help. This isnu2019t a hair salon or boutique. This is a medical facility in the business of treating patientu2019s suffering real medical issues. Unacceptable.
