My doctor is in traverse city, as I used to live there and really like him. But yesterday I was concerned about my ongoing norovirus symptoms and was in no condition to drive there so I came here. Dr. Whitney and the gang were really nice to me and very thorough. I've read reviews about patients not being respected if they were self pay. I'm not saying their experience was not true, but I was not treated that way. I gave them my credit card and all was good. Not every profession is given benefits, as I've been a hairstylist for decades. The price was also lower than I expected, given a blood and urine sample were done.

I had to pop in today and I have to say it has been one of my best experiences at a Clinic. Jessica was AMAZING and was clearly concerned about my overall health, not just the one issue. Her words were, I want to make sure I am not missing anything!! You really have to love that as a patient. She was kind, and thorough--so much so, I believe I am going to make her my primary care. The best is that XRay and the lab is right there, so you get immediate results and a plan. I had to wait a short 5 minutes to be seen, and it truly was a great experience!

Worst experience I have ever had with any business, much less a medical practice. I undurstand that they are very busy, but that is not an excuse for their negligence.I was in so much pain, I did not care about having to wait over 2 hours to schedule a walk-in appointment, or having to wait another hour and a half for the doctor to see me. I just wanted to be seen, and I get it, they're busy.Once the doctor saw me, and she prescribed antibiotics at a near pharmacy. After going there, and being told they did not have the prescription, I assumed this was a simple mistake, and called back the minute they opened the next day, because I could not stand the pain.They assured me that the doctor would send it within the next 2 hours. This never happened, so I called again to check in. Again, they told me they would get it done later. 5 calls in just that day, and they again told me they would send it by the end of the day... I am still not able to get my prescription, which takes about 2 minutes for them to send to a pharmacy.Please read the reviews and do not come here, as you are better off receiving medical care from an illegal organ transplant operation.

Iu2019m not sure u201cUrgent Careu201d exists here. A family member had a knee injury. No blood, nothing broken, just lots of pain. Have been to this facility before and it was greatu2026.not so much anymore. Arrived and were promptly told u201cAppointments onlyu201d and no openings today. Waiting room was empty as was most of the parking area!!! We were directed to go the the Emergency Room. Kinda flies in the face of the purpose of Urgent Care clinics!

Called Monday morning to set up appointment. I was told they had an opening at 8am. I arrive at 7:45 and doors are locked. I wait in my truck till 7:58. Door still locked and at this point they have three other patients waiting outside in 20 degree weather. When they finally opened the door at 8:10 the lady asked who's here for the 8 o'clock and three out of the 4 people waiting raised their hands. Yo which she replied well first come first serve we only have room for one of you! No one informed us of this! Completely incompetent staff. I do not recommend using this facility. I plan to tell everyone in the community about my horrible experience and to tell them to stay away! Total sham of a business.
