Tracys hospitality while staying in long term rehab care was an awful expedience. Do not recommended this hospital what so ever, Tracy is a nightmare to deal with and does not care about her patients well being.made you feel like a burden and didnu2019t resolve any of my pain/issues.

Terrible place to send your loved one. I know personally, that itu2019s hard to find a place for your loved one to go to but donu2019t send them here. There is no phone number to the nurses station and when I went there to get one they gave me the wrong number. So even if your loved one writes your name down you still will be getting no one. Then my loved one called me after 2 days and they medicated him so much that he couldnu2019t give me the number to the nurses station. He couldnu2019t tell me what medication they were giving him either. It was awful and a quick call bc he wanted to lay down and go to sleep. The next day he finally asked for a number for his nurses and he could tell me one medication they were giving him. He seen a Dr for 5 minutes if that a day. No therapy. Just medication and they donu2019t have anything for them to do.nI talked to a nurse and she told me he was on a medication and it wasnu2019t the right medication. Let me look him up she said. What?!! You didnu2019t look him up in the first place! Thatu2019s how my conversations went with any nurse I got a hold of while he was there. He also needed me to bring him clothes to go home in because they stole his clothes!!! Nike shoes, Nike hoodie and jeans. Ridiculous that they take advantage of mentally unstable people to steal their clothes!

My loved one made the best out of this situation, so glad she is home with us now. This place is so sad, released today and missing half of the items she came with including her coat. Itu2019s NOVEMBER,really??! Anyways, mental health crisis definitely should be divided into categories. There is no reason why you should have an aggressive angry unpredictable person next to someone that is suicidal. How depressing, smh! The patients are bullies with the phones and it was just an overall sad experience. I am traumatized. Michigan need to come look at this facility, talk about mental issues, it seems impossible to get well in an environment like this. Please run!!

I just got discharged on the 9th, and let me tell you this place HAS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY. Clearly none of the staff wanna be there or even help you, if you need anything even something like a bandaid they will give attitude and make you feel burdening. You cannot cry or theyu2019ll keep you there longer. You cannot make it seem like you are suffering, or youu2019ll have to suffer there longer. The staff will egg on people who are agitated or agressive and only escalate the situation. The Doctor will not listen to you, and if you have horrible anxiety and express to them that hydroxazine doesnu2019t work, theyu2019ll see you as a drug addict who wants benzos. Itu2019s all so dang unprofessional. When they checked out my blister they couldnu2019t even find any supplies to clean it or help besides a bandaid. If you donu2019t like your meds you have to suck it up and just wait until youu2019re out of there, or else youu2019ll be stuck there longer and lose your insanity longer. NO PATIENTS WERE GETTINF BETTER. I talked to most patients when I was there and everyone was so miserable. I thought other hospitals Iu2019ve been to were bad, but this one you leave with more trauma and more damaged than you walk in there with. On the last day there, after I signed my discharge papers, one of the patients were going crazy so I was watching from a good distance, then one of the nurses went up to me and said u201cIsabella if you step any closer to that area , I will call your doctor and force you to stay here longer, youu2019re gonna be forced to be here longeru201d THAT NURSE IS ABUSING HER POWER. Another thing? I was having horrible period cramps and I kept having to ask for Tylenol but the lazy nurse kept saying u201cyou gonna have to gimme a minuteu201d or u201cnot nowu201d or u201cwait until shift swapu201d and what pissed me off the most was when I rlly needed Tylenol and she was like u201cyou gotta be patientu201d THEN SHE STARTED ORDERING CHICKEN WINGS!!!!! WHAt?!??! ALSO the place was sooo dirty. Yes the janitors would come and mop, but everyday some of the patients would leave their trash or food on the floor and none of the nurses wanted to do anything ever so it always stayed dirty. Iu2019m telling you, I have trauma from going there. There was some patients who were stuck there for a month+ because of this hospitals dumb bs. IF YOU OR A LOVED ONE EVER HAS TO GO TO A HOSPITAL, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE TO GO TO THIS ONE!!!!! DO NOT GO THERE AT ALL COSTS!!!

My son was here for ten days and he is still recovering from the traumatic environment. The only reason I am giving one star is because he said that the social worker( a male) was very kind, relatable, and professional. He told me that the staff was very unprofessional. I called to speak to the social worker and a woman that through her title around( u201cDirectoru201d) said that she could help and then said, u201c I canu2019t help you.u201d I can tell that the staff needs work. The first floor is abandoned, they serve slop to the patients, very sketchy on when they will provide group meetings, the place has bedbugs, and a patient overdosed and died during his stay. He also had to go back to the hospital due to a nurse/ MA giving him an injection in his arm that left him in excruciating pain for days. Heu2019s been home for 5 days and said that he feels weird being home because he canu2019t stop thinking about his experience at this hospital. I feel terrible because he has been to Havenwyck and received the proper care, but now he is in a state of shock after leaving this place. Please make sure that the sending hospital does not send your loved ones here. This place needs to be shut down.
