I have been coming here you years. I have never had a bad experience until today. The front desk and nurse were amazing. The doctor seemed like maybe he needed some rest. He wasnu2019t necessarily rude but he wasnu2019t friendly either. Iu2019ll still come back. Overall itu2019s nice, neat, and clean. The majority of the staff is nice.

The facility was clean, modern, and well-organized, which helped ease my anxiety during a stressful situation.nnI was seen almost immediatelyu2014no long wait like at other ERs I've been to. The nurses were compassionate and efficient, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions without rushing. Iu2019ve been here a few times unfortunately, but each time I have had nothing but genuine care.As a ER RN myself, Iu2019m very familiar with how some places can make it feel like youu2019re an inconvenience and it should never be that way. Dr. Hemmert and nurse Kassandra were absolutely wonderful today. I came in feeling absolutely terrible and left feeling a lot better. Dr. Hemmert has treated me twice now and I really cannot say enough good things about him. He truly cares, doesnu2019t make you feel bad about coming in and really goes out of his way to make sure all avenues and boxes are checked so you leave with the best care. Thank you!

Iu2019ve visited here several times and each time is same exceptional experience. They got me in quickly and immediately got me taken care of. The staff is so friendly and competent. I gotten to know them by name and they remembered me. Theyu2019re simply amazing!!
