I had a wonderful experience at Phycinity. I came to this clinic for an urgent care visit for one of my kiddos and ended up filling out paperwork to have both of my children switched over by the end of our appointment. Jessica P and her team made sure that everything was a smooth transition from our old clinic. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me and my children feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and we didnu2019t have to wait long to be seen. The doctor was attentive, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I read that this place was very good because DR. Caban knew what he was doing and took his time with his patients.... I called to check what plans they accepted and I'm still waiting for the call back. I called again and it seems the secretary has no manners when asking if she knows Spanish, since she hangs up on you. He could be the best doctor in the world but his employees seem to have a long way to go to be good employees. So many sick people and no doctor is good enough in NC, and much less his employees!

This has been my family's clinic for several years, and we've always had a positive experience. The Cameron staff is welcoming and efficient, and the medical professionals there are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough. I fully trust Dr. Caban with my kids care and Dr. Bates (telehealth only) with mine. If your family gets seen by them, or anyone working under, know you're in good hands. I highly recommend this clinic.
