1 star only because the gal at the front desk was super nice. Beyond that, go to a different location. What is the point of an appointment if they don't honor them? After an hour of waiting, she said I was next in line, but they called back several other people before I finally left. Don't make an appointment, they will call you back in the order you walk in the door.

It was a good experience. I needed X-rays and they had all of the equipment in the office so I didn't have to go anywhere else while I was in pain. They got me in and out quickly and were attentive and compassionate.

I was impressed with the care here. Took my daughter in late on a weekday for X-rays following a sport related injury. Front desk personnel was really nice, the MA or nurse who took her vitals was also very kind, and the PA who saw her was thorough and efficient. My daughter received the care I would expect from an immediate care clinic that doesnu2019t specialize in pediatric orthopedics. The entire process was easy and got us through the night until we could get into CHOA today.

The staff, nurse, and provider were all great. Easy online process for filling out information. Very nice customer service. I learned a lot from the provider. I wish my visits elsewhere were just as smooth and easy-going.

Keeno and the Doc were wonderful! I was dreading going here yesterday as I dread going to any doctor I might add lol. But they made the experience as great as it could be. Plus I feel 150% better the next day. Thank you for your wonderful service!
