Office was clean, receptionist was pleasant, not impressed with provider. Everything he suggested for the care plan I had already been doing on my own for 4 days prior to the office visit. Covid, flu and srept tests were all negative. I explained that I had greenish nasal discharge and my ears felt full. I'm an elderly asthmatic and should have been given a script for antibiotics for sinus infection. Pretty lousy medical care. I will never use their facilities again. I went there for help on a Sunday versus waiting till Tuesday because Monday was a holiday.

We saw the yelp reviews but we were desperate so my husband decided to give it a try. WORST urgent care experience by far! My husband went right when they opened and there was 3 people ahead of him. 2 hours in and he was there!!! In the 3rd hour they had finally taken a culture however not submitted and basically no answer as to why he felt so terrible. Why would you take a culture and leave the sample with the patient and not send it for testing or test it there?? Waste of time and they are SO slow!! Literally as if they donu2019t care about their patients. Urgent care should be faster than that especially if only a few people are ahead of him. Waste of time and co pay! We will be going to another urgent care in the city with much better service.nnI highly recommend going somewhere else! Even the ER because over here is just a waste of time. Read all the other reviews because it is really that true. Never again.nnAlso, NP said the culture results should be out by end of day because after 3hrs he said he had to leave and still no call. We called them and they said it would take a couple of days for the test results. This place needs to get their facts straight.

Well, first I tried to schedule an appointment and the soonest, available appointment, it was two p m. I decided to do a walk in but check to make sure it wasn't busy with the front desk. Or if I should just schedule the appointment. All of a sudden scheduling wasn't available till 3 o'clock The next day. So I just walked in, did the paperwork and was seen very quickly. They checked my vitals and then I waited for the doctor. When the lovely doctor came in, she had absolutely no answer or service.She could provide me. Only that, she could prescribe me something that she would rather not do, because everyone she prescribed it to would come back with cancer in their liver. So leaving the place feeling defeated and wasted my time. I decided.to medicate myself and become my own personal physician. I went and got some Ivermectin.nAnd and not the kind that doctors prescribe, you. The kind they tell you not to get and guess what. I'm already feeling relief . The infected areas quit hurting, then the pain was gone. And I didn't even realize it. But hey, they're the experts, this facility has some really good purposes, but my experience yesterday was very, very horrible and upsetting. I never go to hospitals and for me to be there meant it was very real and I needed the help. But I've never trusted the medical industry. The professionals who know better. Well, I think I was right. Do not trust a system designed to collect revenue. Educate yourself question the narrative, and if they say it's bad for you, it's probably good for you.
