The WORST doctors office I have ever been to. Been trying to get an inhaler for over a week because I canu2019t breathe. The girls I talk to on the phone are just beyond rude. Should not have a job, this is just absolutely ridiculous trying to get a prescription to be able to breathe and canu2019t is absolutely insane. This place is a 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The front desk is rude and very unprofessional. I stood at the front while she sat with her back to the front filing her nails. When I told her what we were there for it was an inconvenience that she actually had to get up. Iu2019ve been a patient with Michigan Health Specialist for over 18years and this is exactly why I stopped coming to this location. Your the first face your patients see. Smile and greet them.

I went there i had a real bad cough and sinus infection they said they canu2019t do anything for me the nurse practitioner Ashley basically tried to play me like I was a crackhead looking for some drugs the only doctor I recommend is Cherelle

I would give a 0 if I could. Dr cancels half of appointments made. Try and call and get a refill and you have to see the Dr. I'm like when. He keeps canceling my appointments. I would not recommend this place what so ever. Sad how Dr's think everything evolves around them.
