Been here 55 min for the 9 am first appointment of the day. After 35 minutes they let me know that the technician hasnu2019t shown up yet. Still no sign of him though the front desk has texted him 2x and u201cheu2019s right down the streetu201d 10 minutes ago. Apparently they knew heu2019d be late but didnu2019t bother notifying me earlier. This is beyond u201clateu201d.nFinally got in. Tech was very pleasant but no apology or acknowledgement of being insanely late). Iu2019ve had multiple MRIu2019s over the years, this was the loudest ever. Was told itu2019s an older machine. Place is clean and people are nice although obviously lacking in communication skills. It would have been great to know they have parking in back.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT HERE!!nThe staff is very friendly and welcoming. Yvonne at the front desk is very nice and on top of her stuff she made sure everything was ready to go for my appointment. Maria, the ultrasound tech, made me feel very comfortable during my abdominal ultrasound she is very nice and respectful made sure I was comfortable the whole time. overall a very welcoming experience always a bonus when the staff love their job!!!

Everyone was very friendly and professional. Super easy to make an appointment, and get through anytime I had a question. The MRI tech was very kind and patient. I am very claustrophobic but he made me feel comfortable and also told me if I needed to stop and take a break, it wouldnu2019t be a problem. I highly recommend this place.

The very best experience ever!! Nara is a superb technician, her people skills are outstanding, I was anxious and fearful of yet another anxiety attack from having an MRI albeit it Open MRI. She was the best, playing music speaking softly with calming words, responding by stroking my hand to allay my fears and by her reassuring presence when I pressed the button. Thanks to her, I was able to complete the test!nI intend to recommend your facility to all my neighbors here at The Clare, many of whom aged like me fear a closed MRI and who like me have too often experienced only perfunctory care from technicians and receptionist. I was very pleased with Maria who did both my thyroid and abdominal/ pelvic ultrasound. She was incredibly nice , super gentle and overall great explaining the process . Also Carmen from the Fullerton location was able to accommodate me right away in switching appointments based on my needs . Price wise , no insurance , itu2019s affordable if you wanna take care of yourself. You do have to pay upfront but it is understandable.
