Absolutely the Best ServicennThis location consistently provides the best service. Anytime my partner, our children, or I need care, we come here without hesitation. The environment is always clean, and the bathroom is fresh-smelling and well maintained. I also really appreciate how they provide plenty of hand sanitizers throughout the facilityu2014something that, in my opinion, should be a standard everywhere but rarely is.nnThe staff is always amazingu2014friendly, attentive, and truly caring. From the moment you walk in, you're acknowledged and welcomed, which means a lot. They hit that mark every time.nnDr. Lauren is phenomenal. He makes you feel better just by being there. No one wants to go to the doctor, but when you're sick, it helps tremendously to be seen by someone like him. He's funny, witty, kind, and clearly knows his stuff. Dr. Lauren is a standout doctoru2014one of the best. I would recommend anyone to go see him.

This place cannot competently treat a simple case of pink eye correctly.nnI strongly advise you to take your money and/ or your insurance coverage anywhere else if you have any choice.nnI went here for a simple urgent care visit on 5/12, the day after Motheru2019s Day, because Iu2019d caught bacterial pink eye in my left eye from my toddler. I know it was bacterial because antibiotic eye drops for my daughter cleared it up completely. Because pink eye is highly contagious, I asked the prescribing physician to prescribe enough antibiotic eye drops that if the infection spread to my right eye, Iu2019d be able to treat that too.nnPrescribing physician refused and prescribed 5 mL, no refills allowed. Sure enough, the bacterial infection did spread to my right eye as well and as a result, I ran out of eye drops to complete the required duration of anti-biotic treatment in my left eye as my right eye went up in flames.nnIu2019ve spent three days attempting to convince this establishment to be compassionate humans and authorize my pharmacy to refill the eye drops so I can properly treat a simple case of pink eye and complete the required duration of antibiotic eye drops. Iu2019ve submitted photos of the infection in my other eye. Iu2019ve escalated to customer service.nnIn the face of a busy full time working mom of a toddler, in a one car family, they insist I make another physical trip to their office and demand I come back in and pay them yet another $120. To get eye drops.nnI would rather suffer through another week of pink eye than give this bureaucratic, non-responsive, financially extractive institution a penny more.nnGo elsewhere if you have any choice and try to find people who care about people and practice medicine reasonably aligned with basic principles of responsive care rather than profit maximization.

As first-time parents navigating our 10-month-old daughter's first fever (following a pediatrician visit earlier in the week), we became concerned when she seemed sluggish again in the evening and took her to Physicians Immediate Care.nnI cannot express how friendly, helpful, and wonderful every member of the staff was. Dr. Lauren saw us and, even after a long day of caring for other patients, he patiently answered all our questions and thoroughly examined our daughter, ensuring we left with peace of mind. We also greatly appreciated the kindness and care shown by all the other staff members who assisted us that day.nnWe highly recommend this location, primarily because of the truly exceptional staff. As first-time parents who likely overreact at every little sniffle, they were incredibly reassuring and supportive. Thank you to everyone who helped us. I booked an appointment at this location, for a minor illness, while visiting Chicago. Upon arrival, the young lady at the desk was very friendly and efficient. I was taking to the exam room right away. Person who did my vitals was also very friendly. Ashley, the PA, attentively examined me and quickly diagnosed me. Overall, this location was friendly, efficient, and caring. I highly recommend using this location!
