This urgent care is amazing! The facility is clean and peaceful. The staff have always been friendly and the wait time is minimal. I am usually in and out within 45 min or less. I have had to come in for various reasons and the provider there is knowledgeable, professional and has excellent bed side manner. I highly recommend for any medical needs.

I have been to this location multiple times for many different reasons since they opened. Check in is easy, wait times are minimal, providers are wonderful. Same experience for my daughter any time she has gone there. My daughter and I have an immune deficiency so we donu2019t always fall under the same standard of care as a u2018normalu2019 person would. The providers have always been respectful and mindful of that when providing treatment for us. We definitely recommend Creekstone location!

With 5 kids, we have a lot of opportunities for illness and injuries. This has been my go to for urgent care because of how fast we get in and out, have attentive nurses and staff who take the time to listen and really want to help, and how quickly they help get you out and any prescriptions or care you need.

Not pleased. I have a high ankle sprain (Creekstone didn't tell me this, I got a second opinion) and took over an hour for a nurse practitioner to wrap it in an ace bandage I could have done myself. Never spoke to a doctor once and I personally think if someone's foot is twice the size of their other one and they are visibly limping that they shouldn't be expected to walk out with a cloth on their ankle.I was told not to use a boot or crutches because it will heal in a week by Creekstone, later told it's a six week recovery and I need crutches. The day after my visit here I woke up with more pain in my ankle and larger swelling because I was told I could still walk on it. If your ankle is injured, please go see a podiatrist/ortho instead.

This is my go to place for any medical checkup for my family. My wife and I have been to this urgent care facility several times in the last couple of years. The staff is very courteous and always gets us our appointment in less than half hour. Their diagnosis has been spot on in almost all the cases. We like the fact that we can get in and out very soon.
