If I could give a zero I would! Brought my children on a Saturday and made an appointment online. We came 15 minutes early as instructed with know one at the desk with just a sign. Someone came up about 10min after signing in and stated they have 1 doctor working and even with appointments itu2019s an hour wait. I ask how many are in the back which isnu2019t against HIPPA or anything as Iu2019m not asking for personal details. Just trying to truly estimate a wait time. I was told she couldnu2019t give that information. However online it never stated long wait times even with appointments!!! This isnu2019t fair to those coming in needing assistance or for the staff. As I get the situation but donu2019t have to become rude. As well told me I wasnu2019t aloud to leave until being seen as Iu2019ve already signed in. If I wanted to wait over an hour I would have went to the hospital.Iu2019ll never be returning here again!

Complete waste of time and money. Went there to have an x-ray of my foot after and injury to make sure there wasn't a break. I was told it was fine, just sprained. It was wrapped with an ace bandage and I paid $175. With no relief a week later, I scheduled and appointment with a Podiatrist and picked up my x-ray disc from the MD Immediate Care office. As soon as the dr. came in to see me, she informed me that my heel was in fact, broken. Another doctor bill to pay, as well as unnecessary pain and prolonged healing time. Will definitely NEVER be returning to this facility.

Beware !!!! This Doc, has no desire to give truck drivers their DOT certificate. Told them I was a smoker and during exam I had to clear my throat and immediately the doc my a assumption and claimed I probably have COPD! Yet after all that reluctantly signed my certificate! Shady!!! ud83eudd28

Rant!!!!..... MD minor clinic in villa rica definitely not the place it used to be!! Sit in the lobby for an hour waiting to be called back, then put you in a room to sit for an hour! Pure ridiculousness!!!!Then the dr comes in and his bedside manner is the most obnoxious I have ever seen!! I could understand if this place was full of patients waiting to be see him!The most slowest nurse and Doctor in history!Next time we will suffer thru and see our regular doctor who knows how to take care of his patients!!!!!!!Rant over!

This place is awfully slow, the doctor has no bedside manner, and they didn't do anything to fix my problem. I was bit by a dog and he just put some tape over it that fell off in three days. I went to a hand specialist and he said I should have had stitches. I now have an ugly jagged scar because of the lack of care.
