Unhappy with this practice. Have seen multiple docs over the last 5 years. First doc wanted to solve any complaints of side effects by increasing medication dosages. When you tell them what's happening and ask to reduce dosage, I was told the exact same thing several appointments in a row this is a stressful time of year so I don't like to reduce or change meds at this time. When I decided enough was enough and I stopped taking the medication, all the side effects went away and felt a million times better. In addition, most of my appointments with that doc were later in the afternoon to ensure I was off work and able to make the appointment. Without fail, every single time I'd start receiving calls from the doc shortly after lunch telling me I need to have my appointment earlier in the day. If I didn't answer or respond right away, they would call repeatedly and I mean once every 5 minutes until the time of my scheduled appointment. After this happening 4 or 5 times I decided to schedule a morning appointment so I didn't have to deal with the harassment phone calls to push their schedule and get home earlier. More recently came in to see a different doc for a different issue, was in a good amount of pain and suspected an infection. I get there and they tell me my appointment was missed, it was yesterday. I had only called the day before to schedule the appointment, and the receptionist with the sultry voice scheduled me for an hour after our phone call instead of the day after as I requested. So I had to wait an additional 24 hrs to be seen. I go back the next day and they run a quick lab and tell me results are negative, no further attempts to diagnose the cause of the pain. Sent me on my way with a 'good luck' and 'let us know if it comes back'. We'll it did come back and I messaged the doc immediately, didn't receive a reply until 3 days after and their response was to schedule a VIDEO VISIT to 'address my concerns'. A video visit to diagnose UTI pain? Really? Of course they weren't available to have me speak with another doc before the weekend, so in total over a week before they could talk to me again. Ended up having to go to the ER.Highly recommend searching for a different health care provider

I absolutely love Dr. Weaver as my primary care doctor. She is there when i need her. I love Victoria Hilton when im able to see her for more of the mental health aspect of it. What i dont love is the absolutely poor communication and disregard to a patients care. Dr. Weaver and her nurses get back to me ASAP regarding mychart messages. I messaged 3 days ago now for a refill on my zoloft with the proper prescription being written and sent in with Victoria, called the office, nobody bothered to pick up or look at my mychart message. Im now currently in withdrawal at work and will have to see if i can get an emergency refill somewhere because this is my ANTIDEPRESSANT, i kinda need it to not, yknow. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. Nurses should at least answer the phone when they hear it ringing, especially when a voicemail is left with urgency and multiple mychart messages have been sent.

I went for a yearly wellness exam and saw Dr. Courtney Weaver,she is a great Dr. who took her time to listen to my questions and concerns. The whole medical staff was extremely friendly and quick.overall I had a positive experience and highly recommend as a family physician.

Dr. Mardhani and her nurse were very easy to talk to. They listened to me and I didn't feel rushed at all. The doctor was very sweet and helpful and I have finally found a doctor that seems to care. Thank you doctor!The nurse was really nice as well. Overall, I had a great office visit today!

Excellent groupu2014 from booking through appointment. Everyone was attentive, friendly & professional. Staff was thorough & asked questions & checked out each of my concerns. Diagnosis was quick & treatment was recommended. I was encouraged to follow up if i had any ongoing issues. Highly recommend this practice!
