The front desk is fast at registering patients into their new system and they are always friendly. The Medical receptionists explain insurance copays and deductible amounts when I visit. The back office staff is kind and efficient. I do not feel my time is ever wasted here. The providers are super knowledgeable and ALWAYS listen to what I have to say. I appreciate the respect they give me and my children. BEST URGENT CARE BY FAR!

PICC is my number 1 go tonfornurgent care needs. They are fast while showing they care about you as a person and not just a patient. They remember you and your medical history and are always willing to listen to your concerns instead of brushing it off and referring you elsewhere.

My mom went in with a sharp pain in her stomach last week & they drew blood & did some imaging on her stomach. They called her back to say they saw NOTHING & everything u201clooked normalu201d & recommended she go get a ultrasound to see if that could pick up something the blood works and/or the imagine missed. She did that today & come to find out at the other place she got the ultrasound done at they had to be the ones to tell her the bad news that they did see something & thatu2019s why she was getting an ultrasound done. Very unprofessional to u201cdrop the ballu201d like that & thereu2019s nothing to justify why they DID NOT tell her they saw something in the first place. Very disappointed & disgusted they had a different office tell her what was going on. Thankful that the other place did tell her, shame on your shady business.

This location really is awesome. I have a nasty sinus infection that stubbornly refuses to heal. I came in with fire dripping down the back of my throat, plugged ears, and copious amounts of goop clogging my nose and bronchioles. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and checked me in quickly. She and I lamented forgetting our personal masks, and she smiled while telling me hers had a little butterfly. Sweet.nThe doctor I saw was informative and took the time to listen to my complaints, despite it probably being the 30th time today that someone with symptoms like mine had leaked and coughed and wheezed our way through explaining them. He was clear with his instructions and let me know he was accessible if I had questions.nEvery time my family or I have been seen here, the people have been so great! They are good. I wish they did family practice, for ongoing care. I would switch to this place. :)

The absolute worst clinic. They refused to provide a basic medical appointment, absolutely rediculous. They are literally the most rude staff we have ever experienced. Completely unprofessional, especially Jeremy Willes, he should be ashamed of how he treated us. He came into the waiting rude with such a rude and very unkind attitude. He was such a jerk. Don't go here.
