I had surgery there and was in recovery for 5 days. I would say they were long but instead they were the short! I had some absolutely amazing nurses that made me feel safe amd comfortable during a long recovery. Great job everyone!nnAll my night nurses were the sweetest people and really down to earth.

Iu2019ve been in a lot of hospitals, stayed over night or multiple nights in my 56 years. I had a total knee replacement at PMC and was the best experience Iu2019ve had with everything from the facility, cleanliness and especially the staff.nnEveryone from registration to surgery to post op care went above and beyond. They made me extremely comfortable and genuinely showed a caring bed side manner.nnNext time you go to a hospital, see if you receive a thank you note signed by the staff like I just did. I know this was a 1st for me.nnUPDATE: 2nd knee surgery, same wonderful staff at PMC! Clean, friendly, attentive and a very comfortable stay!

I had a surgical procedure done at this facility 4/9/2025 and had an overnight stay. From registration to discharge the experience was exceptional. I received the absolute best care possible from my entire care team. Thank you!

Is there anyone who cares here when an issue happens? At least 3 times here and outpatient surgery seems ok. Friendly staff. Doctors too short and unconcerned, but unfortunately that's today's world in United States. Whatever happened to doctor's telling families how surgeries went face to face? I've heard that some of the doctors do it there, but definitely not Dr. Rao.nBut then there was the overnight stay. Everything seemed fine until there was an incident that was upsetting to the patient and to me as his wife and NO ONE CARED. At 3 A.M. the I.V. alarm woke us up, scaring us badly. It sounded like an air raid siren and triggered my husband's PTSD. He jerked, which caused excruciating pain and pulled his I.V. out so his hand is bleeding. u0139I tried to get up quickly to help him and fell off the very high sofa bed. NO ONE WOULD EVEN DISCUSS IT WITH US AND THEY ACTED AS IF WE WERE WRONG TO BE UPSET. I'm 72 and very sore from the fall. He's almost 72 and is 100% disabled veteran. We deserved better. I will do everything possible to avoid this hospital in the future.

I had a wonderful experience here last week when I had an arthroscopy on my knee. From the time I arrived to the time we left, I felt listened to and well cared for! I especially want to thank Angela, Nicki and Laura for a great experience :)
