I echo the other review on here regarding cleanliness. I checked out a day early for a variety of reasons surrounding cleanliness and lack of incentives for diamond members. I emailed the photos regarding the cleanliness of my stay as they requested, I never heard back. I called Hilton & they said, management didnu2019t put any notes at all and they were supposed to if someone leaves early due to issues with their stay. The customer service rep at Hilton creates a claim, sends it to them, and after a week, still nothing. I call Hilton to check in and they said, the case was closed and theyu2019re shocked to see the hotel didnu2019t even respond. Hilton reimbursed me accordingly and escalated it to corporate. The management at this hotel does not care about your stay or experience whatsoever. I know they received my email because they received my tax exemption just the day prior to the same email address. Not to mention they only give you 2 waters at check in and after that, youu2019re stuck drinking their nasty fountain water. I told the guy the water tastes nasty and he said u201cwe probably just need to change out the filteru201d . I asked about the snacks I did not receive per my diamond member perk and they said stopped because people would return them and ask for more water. Sounds like the customers are speaking loudly and maybe consider giving daily wateru2019s?

Good hotel, if you stay shortly, like 2 days max. Room did not have any space for clothes, we had to keep almost all in the suitcase...Also a very small, I would say as for a kid table with a chair to work in the room. Breakfast was very limited, but food quality was okay. This is not what you expect when you think about Hilton chain. There are better hotels with a better price and conditions in the neighborhood, just not with such a fancy name.

As most hotels in Jacksonville fl, it is surrounded by major highways, so the noise is intense. The lady at the front desk at our check-in, maintained 3 conversations with staff, while insisting she was listening to me. I guess co worker schedules for next week are more important than those paying. She never added my IHG rewards, as she said she would. ( so glad I'm a member huh?) We asked where the elevator was, and she replied it be ova dare. I assume front desk jobs pay crap money, so you get crap help. I get it, but cmon... the elevator actually needs to be inspected/serviced- it shakes violently, and is a bit concerning... my kid sure was scared of it. Also, must have been a minimum number of parking spaces required for construction, so they shrank them and marked MOST compact. Not good for a full size pickup... hard to open your truck door without hitting the car beside you. Literally 12 on each side of vehicle for everybody there. all ada parking spaces are on one side of the building, so a really long wheelchair trip once spaces were full. Rear of building only has one ada ramp at the far end of the complex. Probably passes inspection, but definitely doesn't show common sense or respect. Typical waffle and powdered eggs for breakfast. My kid did enjoy his $5 snack bag size check mix from their cafe. I will try Tru again, but only once more...I booked through expedia, but she couldn't find our reservation, had to show her on the app that i had already paid for the room in advance, then mysteriously after 5 minutes, she found it. Lastly, she asked for my credit card, but then handed it back to me to swipe the reader myself. Cub didn't need to hold my card for no reason at all, for less than 5 seconds. Not sure the expedia reservation helped at all...This hotel didn't seem to have its act together. Hope this helps travelers, as there are hundreds of hotels around the area.

Rooms are small and donu2019t have some of the amenities a Hilton property would have. This brand makes up for that by offering a much nicer lobby experience and the price is a great value as well. The staff at this location are terrific. The location is close to shopping and dining. Definitely a great place.

The most important detail is it was CLEAN and felt clean.Stayed with my two dogs, not a lot of space outside for dogs, but enough to make dueBreakfast was decent scramble eggs, sausage , bagels, pancakes, cereal, juicesThey sell food, snacks, alcohol in the lobbyNo microwave in room but they had one in the lobby
