All the reviews are correct. Spent hours on hold to set up an account which led to nowhere. Got disconnected before making an appointment. Called back and still couldn't make an appointment after multiple long holds. I kept calling back till it was the end of the day, they promised to call back but never did.

PMSJ has some of the RUDEST agents you ever did speak to - from shouting to deliberately disconnecting the calls AND providing the bare minimum in terms of customer service and professionalism. I work for an insurance company and unfortunately I have to call them quite frequently ... but Denise in Authorizations just took the cake - I stated my name and where I was calling from, AFTER she said Hello, this is Denise - she then huffed in my ear and disconnected the call. I called back 2 additional times only to receive the voicemail - which is quite common. They do NOT take pride in their job roles and make it difficult to speak with them regarding members requests. If you don't like helping others, Healthcare is NOT for you!!!

Extremely terrible customer service. They don't answer their phone or return messages.One of the representatives - Ms. FREDA SIMON is very rude, unfriendly, and weird. She provides extremely bad customer service. When she talks to the members of PMGSJ on the phone, she always addressed them as MY DEAR, MY LOVE in a sarcastic tone. She does not talk or act in a professional manner. That makes everyone who talks to her feels very uncomfortable.FREDA appears not to have too much knowledge about PMGSJ's program and she often unable to answer the members' questions. All of us really don't like her. We wonder why she is still allowed to continue to work there.

Zero stars for PMGSJ for still employing this condescending Frieda after all these negative reviews of her which I can attest to after speaking with her this morning. (Are these customer calls not being recorded?!) I asked to be transferred to the Utilization dept and spoke with Nicole who clarified and answered the queries I called about with full understanding minus any abhorrent attitude.Frieda you're well aware of your sarcastic intonation and snooty arrogant attitude, if you hate what you do that much, that's on you! Don't take it out on people who's calling to find HELPFUL answers. If you aren't aware, then that's a problem for the people employing you,

Just like the other reviews, the agent (Freida) I spoke to today had a very rude attitude almost as if she didn't even like her job. She even hung up immediately after I got the info I needed. I hope to never deal with PMG again.
