I just had my first appointment with Dr. Hughes just to establish myself as a patient. I was expecting a very brief, rushed exchange. To my pleasant surprise, the doctor was attentive, seemed thoughrough and I did not feel rushed at all. A very welcome change from other doctors I have seen in the past. I strongly recommend and hope that the practice continues to practice this way.

Been going here for 28 years. The staff has become incredibly rude. From there rude receptionist who doesn't greet u to the nurse Nicole who's no other way to say it rude. She was outside the room I was in talking loadly and mocking me to another employee. Because of this we as a family will look for another office. It's been to hard to make appt and we are winding up at CVS health clinic when sick for better care then you know its time to leave. Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Dr Hughu2019s office has a lot to be desired. Their focuse is on money and payment rather than customer care . They never return phone calls. I have called constantly trying to reach out to their office manager who never returns my phone calls. You can never relay an issue with the office manager to any of the doctors because they are not willing to answer your call unless they can charge you a office visit. Dr. Hughes is more concerned about billing for every little diagnostic he can whether the patient needs or not. Even if it means more More money out of the patientu2019s pocket. Steer clear of the scammers.

I would give a 0 star if possible. I scheduled an annual physical exam. However, my doctor left the group and my file was transferred to a new doctor. The clinic charged me for a new patient visit instead of the annual visit which is 100% covered by the insurance. I can't even discuss any health topics with the doctor without being billed as an outpatient office visit.

I love this place, it takes a while sometimes to find a practice that you enjoy, and I love it here. Dr Hughes found some issues (solved them) for things that had been ongoing for a while which no other doctors had found. Would recommend.
