Nothing will be done about this by Physicians because big, hungry medical establishments couldn't care less about us, and our complaints are met with an automated response that they so desperately want to make this right (to save face), but please listen to every single one-star review on this page (including mine) when we say, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AHEAD OF TIME and think you'll be seen accordingly. It does Not matter, so expect to be seen one to three hours after your appointment time. Hey Physicians, an appointment isn't an attempt to skip the line. It's the need to be seen Urgently because you're about to pass out in the waiting room while your nurses gather in the back and talk about absolute nonsense. We can hear the conversations, and we can see all the empty rooms with wide open doors. It's deliriously frustrating to watch them walk around aimlessly and chat about what they're gonna have for dinner while we're all out here coughing, moaning and complaining. GET US SEEN.

The staff here have been super. I told them my gf was bleeding they took her in right away and got things started. Staff was kind, thoughtful and on top of things! They are absolutely troopers here! Thank you for being absolutely awesome and showing fantastic patient care and great service! Stayed late and still made sure to take great care of us!

Staff was caring and helpful. Leigha, who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. She went the extra mile to help my husband with his medicare card need. Our wait was short to be seen, the NP seemed to be caring and assessment was done well. Was visiting Mishawaka from Battle Creek, MI when my daughter started feeling ill. We had to find the closest urgent care and u201cphysiciansu201d was five minutes away. We got there at 6:50pm and out by 8:30 a little long but she was having some breathing issues so we had to do a breathing treatment which takes a little bit of time. Our visit was a teladoc visit but they were still able to do vitals and listen to her lungs and look at her ears and throat. The staff was great from front desk to Medical staff. Her virtual doctor Tori was so nice and helpful. I know we showed up close to closing time and I know the employees had worked a very long day but, they were the best and if they were stressed or annoyed they sure as heck didnu2019t show it. Thank you for taking care of us out of towners. I highly recommend this facility. 10/10

The PA , Krystal was amazing . She was kind and knowledgeable , even though she had multiple patients to attend to , she took the time to explain to me what she thought I maybe experiencing and different treatment options. Her alone made my experience there a great one .
