I contracted Certapro Painters of Troy in Oct 2023 to paint and repair the exterior of my home. I had issues with their teams prep - and paint job that seemed to escalate to be an uncomfortable situation. Owner gave me $500 of south side as I needed to repair their work - it will cost me $3500 now. He also gave a 5% discount as he was referred to me by my sone whose company used them. I ended up playing $7800 - May 2024 I started to notice many areas peeling, cracking, back of fireplace not painted , complained to owner who refused to honor 2 year warranty - claimed I didn't have one- was upset when I contacted and & complained to corporate, by text bullying me that I have no right to contact them. During end of last summer owner agreed to re-do areas, but I cannot be involved, although I have to pay for supplies, he then said to the BBB complaint, he offered to do it for free, but then never did, .Certapro corporate csr team that I was working also became dismissive too. I have to repair and repaint - to over $10,000 +- at this time, my entire chimney is now rotted & needs replaced as well as entire south side of my home- Sherwin Williams consultant was out and many other painters giving me estimates had noted of their horrible paint job and advise of all the repairs I need and to consider legal action for damages to my home. Avoid this location.

Avoid Lake Michigan Credit Union at All Costs u2013 Terrible Experience with Construction to Permanent LoannnI would never recommend working with Lake Michigan Credit Union. Things started off smoothly when I began the construction loan process, but once the loan was approved, everything went downhill.nnJim, the loan originator, became impossible to get clear answers from. Every time I asked for details about my mortgage payments, he would just send over generic spreadsheets instead of giving me concrete numbers. I was supposed to close and convert to a conventional 30-year mortgage. At closing, they failed to collect the correct amount of prepaid interestu2014they only collected enough for about 3u20134 weeks.nnThen, to my surprise, I get an email weeks after closing asking for $4,000 in interest that shouldu2019ve been accounted for from the start. I was told I had to make that payment plus my regular mortgage payment within 30 daysu2014even though I was supposed to skip the first month of payments. I closed on March 7th, and my first mortgage payment isnu2019t due until May 1st. So why am I being hit with thousands in unexpected charges weeks after moving in?nnWhen I reached out for help, Erin (the loan closer) said there was nothing she could do. Then I spoke to her manager (also named Erin), who just gave me excuses and the runaround. I asked them to start the mortgage earlier if they needed the money so badlyu2014they said no, it couldnu2019t be done. Meanwhile, they still want $4,000 for 45 days of interest when they should have only charged for 7 days.nnThis is not my first loanu2014far from itu2014and Iu2019ve never seen anything like this. No explanation, no accountability, no help. Just stress and financial scrambling after closing. Iu2019m already in the process of refinancing because I refuse to stay with a company that canu2019t properly manage a loan.nnIf I could give negative stars, I would. Avoid Lake Michigan Credit Union at all costs.nnI am also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Never rent from Bizleg LLC! They are slumlords! Their properties are not up to code and if you need any repairs good luck getting a hold of them and when you do you will ask for the repair and itu2019ll never happen. They have no problem texting you 2 days before the 1st of the month that rent is due every month. If you are a few days late they immediately file for eviction! While waiting for court date they will post your home is for rent without a judgement or confirmation that youu2019re moving or staying! Very traumatic experience renting from them to say the least! They do not tell the truth in court and never return your large security deposit claiming the house needed repairs when you in fact left the house in better condition then when you first moved in! Renters beware!!

Bought a new 2024 mustang mach e on Jan 18 2025. I bought this car after researching mileage range 320 miles. Since purchasing this car this car will not charge 100 percent past 287 miles.I have taken this car to the service dept of dealership I bought from first time they said couldn't find anything wrong, second time they did software updates on all control modules in this car and still same result.Now it's in the shop again because nothing has changed in getting this car to charge to expected mileage range.Ford has used deceptive Marketing strategy to sell these ev's! They knew that these cars will not get that range when they designed them! I would like them to take back this non performing mileage ev, and get me into a real car!

Buyer Beware.......nT-Mobile in Plymouth on Ann Arbor Rd was a nightmare to deal with. I was told one price and billed a completely different one. The plan we were told we were getting, we did not get. When talking to a customer service supervisor, Zoey, she said this is a very common problem. Sad........
