I saw the doctor less than 5 mins. I was misdiagnosed. The doctor should have realized I had mallet finger. Instead he put me on antibiotics and said my joint was infected. It was not red and did not hurt. Mallet finger requires a splint to prevent permanent damage or surgery. It is common. Fortunately I realized his mistake and got myself a splint from cvs. It is worrisome that something so easy to recognize was not identified by the doctor.

Made an appointment ahead of time so the wait wasn't bad. The new facilities are very nice and definitely kept well cleaned. The staff from the desk to the back were kind, friendly and professional. Even after receiving the discharge papers for my son, I had a question and the person helping us was more than willing to run and ask that extra question for me. I have always appreciated this urgent care but today's service was well beyond exceptional.

I was out of state and wound up extremely sick. Easy accessable location. Free parking lot. Handicap parking and access. All employees/nursing staff/ nurse practitioner I came across was polite, helpful, took their time with you, did not rush me or make me feel rushed to move on to the next patient, listened to what I had to say, explained the diagnosis and treatment plan, well dressed/clean. Waiting area and exam room was clean. Pay upfront before being seen. Cash payment at the time was $210 total. May not cover everything required at time of service; like an X-ray is Xtra $100; payment due before X-ray will be done. Some medicine can be filled through them at a cost of $15 or less; again payment due before it is filled. 1. Negative experience - they should have made me stay about 10-15 minutes after giving the Rocephin shot that I have never had to see if there would be a reaction to it. (I Did) But I couldn't afford another $210.

My 12 year old daughter accidentally cut her thumb today and ended up getting 9-10 stitches. She was sooo scared and so was I. From the moment we walked in, she was treated with respect, grace and honesty. All of the amazing women who cared for my daughter, the receptionist, the nurse and the RN who stitched her up, THANK YOU! You all took a very traumatic situation (to her) and made it OK! I appreciate all of you very much and so does she!
