My experiences that I have had over the past year have been nothing but amazing. Iu2019ve been admitted here 3 different times and each time Iu2019ve have treated with kindness, compassion, and respect. The nurses, nursing assistants, and providers are a godsend especially the nurses and nurse assistants on the 8th floor surgery and the 8th floor medical/ peds. Even the nurses and doctors in the emergency room are amazing.

They are so unorganized and couldn't care less since I've been pregnant. They left me bleeding heavily for hours before I got an ultrasound done to even know if my baby was alive or not, they keep forgetting to schedule appointments or telling us misinformation on time and dates of appointments then they gaslight you and act like you're stupid if you explain that to them. They asked ME to remind them to put medical orders in, Everytime I go back in there they tell me different things and I had to miss my last baby appointment due to horrible weather and so they schedule me a month later when I'm already 32 weeks. I'm gonna have the baby before I get checked out again. They haven't checked to see if I'm dilated or anything. Worst baby doctors I have ever been to. Negligent. I'm so far along now it's too late to get in with another doctor so now I'm stuck with nurses who refuse to keep up with my pregnancy. My baby should matter like everyone else's, I don't even feel comfortable having my baby here now.

The entire hospital staff on 8th floor is great. Was there every day for a week with a family member who was in end of life care. Every doctor, nurse, CNA, housekeeper, dietary staff was so kind and respectful . In house Hospice care was wonderful.

Treat the travelers like garbage. In all my years of traveling I have never been more mistreated by a facility and singled out and lied to. Everyone warned me not to come here. Majority of the nurses have a horrible reputation and management even more (this is not for all nurses as one rotation was very pleasant that I could see). Dayshift of course is always treated better than nights. They get away with breaking rules while night shift has to abide by rules. A lot of favoritism here!!! And they have a mandatory 48 hour rule that no where else will have and the pay is the lowest out of any facility you will go to. If you want to be overworked, underpaid, singled out, mistreated, feeling belittled, unnoticed for your hard work, not get proper breaks/lunches, be bullied then this is the place to be. Otherwise beware! And nothings going to change no time soon. Itu2019s been like this for a while and they could care less.

Iu2019m posting this because of someone that canu2019t. They are very sick and is in this hospital. Itu2019s sad that you lay in the bed and you wait on a nurse or someone to come in and help you and they wait for hours before they do come in. Itu2019s sad that you have to use the bath room in a bottle or something when they have not come around. I have seen were the nurse button was pushed and no one came in. This is to be a number 1 hospital. Well I donu2019t know how it could be. Pictures donu2019t lie if you have them for proof and it even show the room that you are in. When you are told that the doctor are making calls to get you in down there to uk and they say the doctor has signed off then why isnu2019t any thing done. If it was there family they would take them in first and leave every one else sitting. I know a girl that went in and her family works there and they took her straight back. I think I bring my family member out of there and take them some were else to get better treatment. They say it against the law to assault or be mean to the employees that work there but what about our family them being mean to them. Itu2019s sad that you are taking meds at home but when you are in there they donu2019t give you what you are to be taking. The news people need to check this one out.
