Front desk was friendly and efficient. The nurse was kind courteous, and professional. My nurse practitioner was fantastic. Diagnosed issue quickly prescribed necessary shot and antibiotics and sent me on my way. Despite my medical issues, it was a very pleasant experience. Will continue to use this facility as the need arises.

I went on a Sunday morning, as a walk-in. They got me in right away & took X-rays. It didnu2019t take long for the results, & I was on my way with the prescription already filled by the time I got to the pharmacy. This was my first time there, and I would definitely go back. Heard great things from a colleague about Bellville Urgent Care. When my son needed to be seen same day so that he could return to school, we tried Bellville Urgent Care and had an amazing experience. The wait time was minimal and the staff was all so awesome

The visit was okay, my son got diagnosed with the flu! On Sunday they were closing at 4pm, we left by 3:30p to get meds from pharmacy and they stated they couldn't fill his prescription because the doctor put 2 dosages and they wasn't sure which one to give him! They tried to get in touch with the Dr office but they were closed. The next morning I called to see if I can get it worked out and was told that they have been trying to get a hold of the Dr but he wasn't in office and they are unsuccessfull in getting in touch with him. Very disappointing. My son really needs his medicine! It's the end of the day and still no antibiotics!
