I was looking to be seen by a physician at around 1510 so I called the facility. It has been years since I have been seen at this location, but that is besides the point I simply was explaining the details of my situation and if you work, any military And law-enforcement job u2026..guess what they requireu2026yes a work notes saying why you were out ofu2026yes work Shane, Sean, Shannon one of those names, seemed as if she was upset when I said do they provide work notes. Iu2019m not upset Iu2019m just confused at how that couldu2019ve edged someone. I love people I just canu2019t stand todays lack of customer service skills

The little girl behind the desk has a nasty attitude.. i never cuss out anyone at a business before, because I don't like to make a seen. We'll today it happen..i was there for blood pressure and she raised it higher...i just walked out.. 10/15/24

Dr.Powell is a true caring physician. He takes the time to discuss your needs. The entire staff is kind. We canu2019t say enough good things about our recent visit. I hope this office always is here to serve the Sanford area.

I love this doctors office. Everyone there is friendly, efficient and compassionate. The doctors are very knowledgeable. They all have incredible bedside manners but in addition to that they know how to explain what's going on in a way that you can understand without making you feel stupid. It's awesome that they also do primary care. I can go there even in an emergency and all my records are there and they know what's going on at all times. Love it.

I would not recommend anyone to go here. Everyone on this office takes their time with EVERYTHING. I was seen on September 22, 2022 in regards to a MVA (motor vehicle accident) that happened in September 19, 2022, the doctor pretty much told me that I was fine and didnu2019t need any type of assistance as far as physical therapy or anything and I was in a lot of pain and Dr. Harggett only told me to move my shoulders and neck around. Here it is October 14, 2022 and STILL dealing with the conditions I spoke with him about.nnDr. Harggett took me out of work from Sept. 22- Oct. 6, 2022. He told me to come see him on Oct.5 before returning to work. The day that I come to see him heu2019s not there and thereu2019s a whole other doctor there. I was seen by Dr. Powell and was there waiting for almost TWO whole hours only for him to tell me I can go back to work and that Iu2019m fine and need no extra assistance after explaining the same thing to him as Dr. Harggett. I also wasnu2019t aware that the are on rotating schedules which would have been very beneficial.nnFor my job, I had to file a STD Claim (short-term disability) with the Hartsford and I allowed this office to release any medical records to the agent handling my claim. This all happened on the same week and it is going on a MONTH and Iu2019ve been calling and calling for THREE weeks straight asking have they received what my agent faxed to them for the doctor to sign and Iu2019ve gotten the run around many times being told they havenu2019t received anything or that the doctor is going to fill out the paper work by the end of the day and it will be faxed or nobody knows how to work a fax machine. October 14, 2022, as I am typing this, the doctor has still not filled out the paperwork and when I spoke to someone on Oct. 13, 2022, I was told it would be ready by today, the 14. Iu2019ve called and no one is answering the phone the now. Without this paperwork I will not be able to get paid for the days Iu2019ve missed from work and now you guys are messing with my money!! I am highly dissatisfied and feel that as a patient my needs were NOT met AT ALL. Not only that, if you have an appointment they just tell you to come in and donu2019t set a time so you would be there waiting ALL DAY just for the doctor to tell you that everything is fine. I am 24 yrs old and I feel like their only concern is caring for the elder instead of all patients as a collective. Lastly, it should NEVER take a month for paperwork to be filled out and faxed and then they want to charge $25 for something they arenu2019t even doing. If it wasnu2019t for my attorney I would NEVER go here. They always have the wrong fax number on their papers when they discharge you. Thank you.
