My wife had an allergic reaction and the care and service were outstanding. Joseline in reception was very polite and efficient. The medical assistant, Mijadys initially called my wife to the back to make sure she wasnu2019t in any respiratory distress. Dr. Brown, who we have both seen multiple times, was outstanding, as usual! We highly recommend Memorial Urgent Care.

Dr. Coll, Sarah, and Ashley were amazing!nI was taken care of right away. They listened to my concerns and they were genuine and caring. This is why I always come to Memorial Urgent Care in Sheridan Street West Pines. The only thing I suggest is a better tv in te room ;)

What a surprise. Customer service at this location is out of the ordinary. The receptionist, Carmen, was extremely kind and caring, not only with me but with every person who walked through the door. The nurse was very professional and the doctor was excellent. Astonished to get such high level service from an Urgent Care facility in South Florida.
