Dr. Dawodu and his staff in the back are AWESOME. Itu2019s the girl in the front that they need to change. My first visit there I was waiting for 3 hours because she forgot to sign me in. My second time there to pick up paperwork, she forgot to call and ask them to bring the paper work to the front. She is ridiculous! Iu2019m assuming my next visits I have to stand there and watch her sign me in or call to the back like sheu2019s a child. The doctor and doctoru2019s assistant however, are amazing.

I've been a patient here for some time but recently there has been a lack of empathy and professionalism. The staff handle on the administrative process needs to be reevaluated and the receptionist needs to be retrained. Sending faxes isn't rocket science nor does it require a college degree so you'd think it be done in a timely manner not a month later and to the wrong people at that. At the very least the the Nurses have a handle on thier responsibilities but one of the worst experiences of my life is being in pain I dont understand and having a doctor belligerently say What do you want me to do.

Dr. Dawodu and his staff are the best!!!!! I love going to him so is my mom now my daughter. He is knowledgeable, and smart, one of the doctor who really knows their anatomy, he knows how to diagnose a patient without going to a book like many others do.

Takes 3 hours to see the doctor, even whrn on time for appointment. No consideration for working class. And closed on the weekend. I wasted almost 2 hours and had to cancel my appointment because I had to go back to work. Im never going back because they would not even work with me. I was very upset because I really need to see a doctor. When I went to the cooler to get water, there was a roach crawling inside

I was told to come here for services. I called to make what I thought was a same day appointment, it ended up being walk-in. They have people that come in as appointments as well. I was not one of them or told that I was a walk in.When I got here there was no one at the front desk and the waiting room was chattering about it taking so long. It took 10 minutes for me even check in. They had no check in sheet or order so it was mass chaos from the beginning.After I wait for almost 2 hours not being seen. There is no rhyme or reason for who they take in next. Keep in mind this is not an emergent care so there is no triage, and it appears that they are taking people in based on if the staff knows them.When I confronted the front desk regarding this, wait time, was told that there were two people in front of me that were walk ins. I was furious. By this point the waiting room was all new people who had all come in after me. I asked if this was normal, and she said yes.I never did get seen by the doctor as I walked out.I was on my lunch break from work, and this was unbelievable.I'd I could I would not give them one star.
